These people r so kind and helped me after my wallet was stolen

I have been with Golden 1 for over 30 years. Recently there was fraudulent activity on an account that i was jointed to. Instead of notifying me Golden 1 took my hard earned money out of my account. They then froze my account. After visiting this location and speaking to multiple representatives,to no avail. They all pretty much told me there is nothing they can do. Golden 1 does not protect there customer against fraud! I am extremely displeased by this, and after all this is resolved i will not be banking with Golden 1 anymore.

Very good customer Service. Usually they are very quick and the staff very pleasant. I enjoy coming to this bank.

Worse bank in the fuc#&g world. I own a construction company and from this point on I will not accept checks from my clients drawn on golden 1. Every time there is some drama, and forget customer service.... It's a waste of a call or visit.

I was told they are pretty busy and maybe I should get a loan through a different company.... When I was already approved for a loan. The guy was very over weight and all I could think was he is just a lazy person. Hope it's not medically related.

This particular branch feels very friendly and old-fashioned, unlike the larger branches (on Arena, etc.). Sometimes you have to deal with a teller “trainee” or a short wait because there are only a few windows, but it’s worth it.

I wanted to write a positive review for one of your bankers, Adrianna. I came back from a trip to discover that my card was overdrawn during the trip and I was charged over $150 in fees. This was due to their overdraft protection on debit cards. I didn't remember signing an agreement allowing Golden 1 to pay transactions on my behalf. Adrianna was peerlessly professional and knowledgeable on my behalf and that of your business. She made phone calls to establish whether I had opted in for their policy, helped me set up mobile banking, opted me out of the pertinent agreements, and called me back later with the good news that I would be getting my money back. If it weren't for her impeccable service, I might have walked out of the building with my money. I want to make sure she is recognized and appreciated by the Golden 1 as one of your finest representatives.

Can be a bit slow and understaffed, But that being said customer service was impeccable when I open my account last year they were very helpful as I was opening the account and my dad’s estate and mine. All in all I am satisfied

kind staff...only been a few times. though small and kind of crowded (at weekday rush hour of course) i am still l always satisfied with the customer service.

Horrible customer service by Emily she was rude and definitely looks like she doesn’t enjoy her job.
