Golden 1 Credit Union Elkhorn Blvd, Sacramento

Good rates, nice people, long lines, but they have a horrible app that can't deposit checks since the last update. They are aware the app no longer works but haven't fixed it in months. Maybe a bad review will get their attention?

This place was actually better than I thought. Yes I had to wait in a rather long line, but the quality of service is there! Its all a matter of being patient because there are a lot of people who may have similar questions. Once inside, I was greeted and treated with great respect and all the information was clear. Highly recommend!!

Today like any other day there's always 20 people in line with 2 tellers. Then you have the other representatives sitting at their desk not helping at all. Oh and they can help by going through the line to see if there's any straight deposits. So you are on lunch don't go or have things to do, don't go there if you need to go in. The tellers are nice, they need more help.

The people are great, can't complain about them. That being said, I have noticed that this location never has enough tellers, but they are always busy, especially during lunch. 45 minutes to make a transaction, really??? Meanwhile the branch in Rocklin usually has a teller in every window but hardly seems as busy and I've NEVER waited that long in line at the Rocklin branch. Fix it!!!!

Meg was the most knowledgeable teller I've ever encountered. She was incredibly helpful and sweet and stuck with me through all my questions. She got me on the right path for all my financial situations and even helped me out with some auto research. Love her and would recommend her and this branch any day!

Went to Golden 1 to get a new card around 4pm. Told the lady holding the door whose name was Rebecca that I had I am disabled and needed to sit. She said "We don't have any chairs.". She asked where I was in the line (which was pretty long) and I told her I was in the very end. She then closed the door. I knocked on the door and told her again that I needed to sit down. She said they didn't have any chairs. I asked if I could sit in someone's office and she roll her eyes and said No, and shut the door in my face again. I opened it up and told her I saw an available chair and she rolled her eyes again and got the chair and set it on the sidewalk. At that point I had been humilitated in front of a line of people and left, crying in my car on the way home.

The wait time here is hard to justify. Always at least a half dozen folks standing in line.. the employees work behind a desk are apparently only able to do cash deposits?? What gets me the most is how there's little to no sense of urgency from the tellers. I've literally overheard tellers EXTEND a conversation with someone instead of moving on to the next person in line. At that point I walked out and have yet to go back.

Every time I come here their are very long lines and long waiting periods I see workers walking around but yet we’re still waiting I like this bank and their policy but this circumstance is ridiculous and makes a joke of the company

Love this Branch. People are nice and helpful. MY ONLY WISH is that they would start opening at 9 a.m. again. Website says they are open at 9 a.m. on Mondays. Is this true?

Everytime i go in, its really clean. The staff is super nice and helpful. A teller even gave me a great tip on removing my DL license easier. :) love golden 1. So glad a friend suggested it.
