Absolutely great credit union, very friendly and helpful staff! Couldnt ask for a better credit union!

I've never really had an issue with GCFCU until I needed them. 6yrs of direct deposit & no issues till I try to repair my credit thru them. Disappointed seekn to bank elsewhere.

The woman working the drive-thru window on Thursday May 17th, 2018 at 2:20pm should be spoken to by management on how to treat people with a smile and politeness. She was incredibly rude with me and didn't greet me with a smile or say goodbye. If this is the service that represents your credit union I'll take my money somewhere else.

Every time I go into this credit union i get treated Horribly all the ladies that work there have horrible customer service... they have thrown my license at my face ignored my question about the services they provide.. I'm not asking for much all I'm asking is for them to do their job .The lady that I think is their supervisor is no better either she's the one that threw my license at me simply cause I belong to Coop credit union but to my understanding I'm allowed to do share branching as it clearly says on the sticker in the drive thru ... I speak perfect English as I am an American and she pretends she can't understand me and has ignored me while I'm at the drive thru window ....when I called them to ask them what was going on she picked up and hung up the phone . I called back and said that she couldn't understand me and hung up again... now I don't want to take this further but i will because I have been discriminated against multiple time for no reason.

The ladies who work here are very rude and short. I made a deposit here today and I've never been treated so rudely made me feel very uncomfortable through the whole process. I would not suggest anyone to do business here.

Absolutely worst place to get a car loan from if you don't have a checking account they charge you $10 just to process it every payment. Anytime you call they give attitude because you are calling a payment in and not doing an automatic payment even though I like to make my payments early I won't be getting another car loan from them as soon as I am able I will be refinancing through another bank these guys are a joke. Worst customer service experience I've ever had with any car place I've had a car loan through.

I love banking at Glass City. The staff is always so kind and responds quickly when asking questions or applying for loans. They go above and beyond. My kids love to go with me for the suckers they get to pick the one or two they like. They even print bank cards right in house you do not have to wait a week for mail if something happens to your bank card. :)

I have been banking with GCFCU since 2007, I have to say even though there have been a couple of up's and down's GCFCU is in my opinion the best bank in this city and surrounding cities to bank with. Their customer service is NOVICE! They are very compassionate to your situation and will do their best to help you in any way possible. I rate them a 10 out of all the banks I've done business with in my 50 years of life. We love you GCFCU!

Used there atm with chase bank card and took money out of my account and never dispensed any cash and the branch was not helpful and rude said call chase
