Please do not come here they sold my wife a car with a junk yard motor in it kept breaking down so kept taking it to then to fix an they just kept giving it back saying it was lil dumb things took it to dealer come to find out it’s junk the catalytic converter is bad also smh

Stereotypical used car sales. They will straight-out lie to you and tell you whatever they think you need to hear to get you to buy a vehicle. Wife and I bought a car from them with an outrageous monthly payment because they told us that after making 6 months of on-time payments, we could come back in and they would get us refinanced at a much better rate. NOTE: that is EXACTLY what they said, and I even verified it to make sure after they said it because I wanted to make ABSOLUTELY sure I could get this ridiculous payment reduced after 6 months... I wouldn't be writing this review if they hadn't said that. After 6 (actually 7) on time payments, we went back in to get the better rate, and they told us they can't do that because they have no influence over the loan rates people get there, and that when they told us that before, they just meant that people are typically able to do that... well, we weren't, and we definitely wouldn't have bought the vehicle at that outrageous payment if we weren't assured by them that they would get us a better rate after 6 payments. They do have decent vehicles there, you just have to be willing to walk away if their shady salespeople can't get you what you want on the spot.

When you go there ask for Big Mike because he will save you big bucks! Purchased a super clean 2011 Dodge Nitro through him. I was on my way home with it and a decent loan when he called me back and let me know he got me a better loan! Came back and signed a new set of papers with better terms all because he wanted me to have the best deal I could have! Super generous dude and made the processes quick and easy! Awesome atmosphere in there, I wouldn’t be afraid to do work with any of them fellas!

Big Mike was amazing! Inquired about a truck on Sun and got a text from him Mon morning. Had deal worked out by Wed and was on a flight Fri morning. Flew 500 miles to purchase vehicle sight, unseen. Ryan picked me up from airport and was awesome to ride to dealership with. Big Mike was ready for me when I got there. Test drive revealed some typical used car issues so we discussed options. Found another truck on the lot with less miles and newer. Big Mike and his team really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Can't say enough nice things about Big Mike and the City Wide team. Wonderful group!!! People just need to remember, these are used cars. There is a reason they are $20k instead of MSRP $80k. Know what you want and be aware of the reality of what you are going to actually get with the money you spend. Cars are cars, they have something different every second. You want brand new, be ready to pay the piper.

I am 39 years old, and have been buying vehicles since I was 18. Out of the numerous new and used auto dealerships I have visited or done business with, this was the best one ever....by far. I find the negative reviews on here to be absurd. Although I did not leave with a vehicle, I was so impressed with this dealership and Ron. He did not waste my time trying to sell me a car I was not looking for. I told him what I wanted and the price range I had, and he simply did not have anything I was looking for. Not once did he try to get me to buy a different car or persuade me like a typical car salesman. He was up front and honest. I will absolutely be visiting this dealership again, and will most definitely recommend this place to everyone. Great job Ron, and thank you for the time you spent helping me.

Bought a truck. Truck was a decent price but customer service was horrible after the sale. I had an engine light come on the day after I bought it. I called 10 times over the course of a week to have it looked at. I was told they would call me back (never did) or that I'd have to drive it down to the shop across the street (3 hours away from my house) and they "coudnt promise they would cover the repair cost" as I had not purchest a warranty. 20k truck the DAY after I bought it. Also if you do decide to buy here get ready for the "its me and you agianst the boss man" act. Haggle with them and don't belive a thing the sales staff tells you remember they make commissions.

0 stars!!!! do not buy from this horrible company, worst experience of my life!!!! they said the car had new brakes, pads rotors ect and even gave me documentation that it had been worked on and 2 days after i left the lot it had issues in the front end, took it to a shop and what do you know they said the brakes, pads rotors had never been replaced and needed all new work done. they refused to talk to me when i called and went up there and never made it right. do not purchase a car from here. they go to auctions in detroit and buy cars for 500 to 1000 and resell as new and new parts for thousands of dollars. james duran is a pos. do not do business with this ahole. he has it coming for him.

Bought a car a little over a month ago for $12,000. It broke down on my way home. They towed & then claimed to fix it. They have had my car 3 times to work on it. I yet again broke down for a 4th time in a month. These ppl are crooks who rig cars. I called yet again. Steven was the guy I've communicated with & sold me the car. He promised a call back in 30 mins & that was almost 2 days ago. I told him I needed something reliable. I'm a single mom with 3 kids & now have to come up with money I don't have to fix this car. Stay far away from city wide & their extremely over priced junk

I had my eye on an '08 Avalanche. On a late Thursday evening, I called and spoke with Chuck to see if the vehicle was available. Friday morning, I made the trip to the Oregon, OH location from Grove City, OH (2.25 hour trip). I met Chuck within minutes of arriving and I was driving the truck within 10 Minutes. Chuck was VERY personable and engaging during our time together. My limited interaction with Dana, loan guy; I believe went accordingly. During my time at their location the staff was cordial enough. Simply put, the Avalanche was there and available - I wanted it. There was no "bait & switch". There were no high pressure sale tactics, up-saling or other shenanigans presented to me. My purchase was straight-forwarded. I would purchase another vehicle from City Wide Auto Credit, again.

Extremely unprofessional workers here from the beginning. Called to give an hour heads-up for a specific vehicle, had to wait an hour after arriving for them to go grab it to even see it. After pushing their own financing on me over and over even though I stated I had my own set up already. The vehicle was extremely dirty, I had asked for a deep detail before I agreed to purchasing it; they agreed. After coming back two days later, it looked like they ran it through a car wash, but nothing on the interior. Wasn’t the biggest deal, easy fix but still unprofessional. After the paperwork was signed and finished, 40 days later I get a call that THEY filled the paperwork out wrong and then blamed me for it. After asking the “manager” Ramon about it he avoided the questions on why so much poor service has happened within a single transaction. After getting ANOTHER call from my bank that they still had not submitted the title to the bureau, I called to ask why it took over 45 days, temp tag duration, to get everything filed and done correctly. A different ‘manager’ I believe Mike, argued ‘they’ve been in business for 20 years so they know how to do business. After this is all done you won’t have to deal with us ever again.’ Incredibly rude, incredibly let down, incredibly below average dealer. Do not shop here. Do not waste your time here unless you want to be dealing with being played around for their profit and ‘business’. I will never send, nor recommend this ‘business’ to anyone that asks about me new vehicle. Incredibly lossy service.

I walked out with my agreement on a monthly payment and a down payment that i chose . Everyone there is super friendly, it’s a good atmosphere.

Bought a flex from Scott, all I have to say is if you need a car come see these guys. Came from Michigan to buy it car looked amazing. Drove it an hour home and a hose clamp busted and leaked all my coolant. I gave them a call next day, they arranged a tow from Ohio to Michigan to pick it up and fix it for me. My girlfriend is pregnant so a safe reliable vehicle is needed and to have a company honor the vehicle and fix it is mind blowing please if you need a car come see them. You will not regret it!!

My experience at City wide has been so far amazing. I had recently bought a 2014 chevy cruze from sales person big mike. He was great. answered all my questions, helped me understand what I was actually signing up for & not just sign sign sign and rush. He all together has taken care of me and the issue the car had after a little over 24 hours after buying it. He took care of me. I recommend big mike!
