Georgetown Title greatly reduced the stress of my Real Estate closing. As a first time home buyer they were incredibly responsive to any and all questions. The staff was friendly and professional at all times. Can’t recommend them enough.

Had an out of state closing. The title company in the other state was difficult to work with...Georgetown Title was a pleasure to work with. This is the second closing I have had here. Both were five star experiences!

The food was ok,,,but I thought it was a bit overpriced,

Truly terrible service. My Escrow Officer, while copied on emails, never introduced herself. Neither she nor her assistant even attended my closing appointment. They sent someone else entirely, who was never involved in my transaction, to handle it and gave me no notice or explanation as to why. That was just the last of their consistent behavior of failing to communicate and putting their responsibilities onto other individuals. I truly don’t know for what my escrow fee paid - it certainly wasn’t for their service.

We have used Georgetown Title on multiple occasions and they are great. We will continue to use them in the future.
