I was visiting from out of town and stopped by this pawn shop and I was so happy that I did. The young lady Domonique had the best customer service skills of anyone that I have ever encountered. She was so professional and polite and she knew what she was talking about. I told her that next time I am in town I am going to stop by just to say hello because that’s how friendly I felt she was. You don’t get that kind of service anywhere especially in today’s world. That young lady needs a raise!!!!

During the weekend, i had called but they were closed but the next day they were opened and Lorne had called me back just to see if he could help me with anything in the store. When I came in he greeted me right away. He knew what I came in for and immediately started helping me out and giving me information about the camera. At the end he gave me a discount. The whole experience was quick and informative.

Really needed money fast due to the pandemic. DOMONIQUE was really respectful, she let me know what my options were and got me the cash I needed. When I walked into the other locations, I didn’t get treated how I was yesterday. She’s very respectful and honest. The place was very clean as well. She definitely gets my vote.
