TD Bank Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn

I’ve had many great experiences with this branch, but my most recent encounter, which was yesterday 5/31/22 definitely tops it all. I went in with a list of questions seeking financial guidance and advice 5-6 minutes before closing. Mardonnie was BEYOND HELPFUL, and very present. She provided me with a lot gems by answering my questions thoroughly. She reassured me that I was asking all of the right questions, and what I was doing was very responsible. She was extremely knowledgeable. Mardonnie thank you for me being so pleasant despite me coming in right before closing, and not once was I rushed. Thank you!

You're branch is the suckiest branch ever like your branch manager isn't doing the most to make sure your facility runs smooth when you guys close early. ANYBODY WHO USES THE ATM THERE BEWARE!. or go anywhere else... like forreal. Better to be safe than sorry. Go.to another.branch.

I walk in and was seen right away. I needed a new card and got one with 6 minutes of my arrival. My customer service representative was great!! He was super nice and the security guard!!! Simply Amazing 😊💕

This location has worst customer service. Specially KATRINA. Katrina is not helpful even 1%. I think she is not a helping nature. Chase band is 1000 time beter then this…

This place is so under staffed it's not even funny anytime you want a service rep you are waiting 30 to 40 min there are a bunch of people walking around and doing other thing's and just a bunch of empty desks. I am only writing this because this like the 5th time I came in to speak to a rep about my account and been waiting for over half hour.

I really wish I could give a zero star for this branch. Worst customer service ever. The wait is extensively long for customer service. This branch has definitely given TD a bad name and it’s a big turn off from becoming a new customer or to even attract business.

The worst customer service ever. Don't use the drive thru. First had to wait for someone to acknowledge i was there and what I needed after multiple attempts. Finally a blonde haired lady with glasses answered. Couldn't read the withdrawal slip, claimed she's trying hard to help me but didn't. Request for a 2nd slip to be filled out then left the window. After pressing the buzzer for another 15 minutes, a gentleman answered and said he'll help me with this. He disappeared for awhile. Finally came back saying "give me 2 minutes and I'll get it done". That was another 7 minutes. Didn't say anything afterwards. Didn't ask if everything was fine. Nothing. THE WORST BRANCH I'LL EVERY BEEN TO. AND THIS INCLUDES MULTIPLE STATES.

They were actually quite nice during my visit.. Attentive, helpful and convenient thank you.. I even got a pen!

That bank needs more diversity doesn’t feel welcoming at all. Staff there is unprofessional and accused my son for fraud. Personal banker with blonde hair and glasses.

It’s sunny ☀️ and hoooot ,and we are waiting too long. I don’t think the employees inside the cold place do recognize how much it’s frustrating!!!!!
