Capital One Bank Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn

WoW!! I'm totally shocked at the many negative comments below. Hopefully, I don't experience more than I have to. Though I do recall when my husband & I received our stimulus in the form of a card & came to this branch. One of the tellers gave us some rigamorole story as to why we couldn't cash it. Anyway, at the time, the branch at Ralph Ave & Ave K was opened, so we went there. Everything was EZ PZ 123. It was like night & day, lol. The teller there was very knowledgeable, she knew her stuff. Before you knew it, we had our cash & we were out of there. SMH! Sometimes it's all who you get. Unfortunately, everyone doesn't exhibit common sense. But besides that incident, I usually don't have a problem at this location. However, if any changes occur, I'll be back.😄

Horrible staff. Went to deposit a check and the staff did not believe the check was mine because of the high amount. The manager Aleksander is a horrible person who said there’s no way this amount belongs to you. horrible branch, go to the branch on ocean Ave much more cleaner and doesn’t smell like fish salad

Just a few steps from the old location this newly remodeled branch is top notch. Very clean and well organized. I had some major IRA questions and the bankers there were very helpful and took care of all my needs. I did not feel rushed or "like a number". They have a huge parking lot so its very easy to run in and out and hit the ATM.

I came in to pay my Credit card bill as I do at other branches .. including Ralph and Rockaway the teller Taylor ask me for ID which I have never been asked before to PAY my credit card bill I watched the other customers before me go about their transactions and never was asked for ID..I feel as though if it’s policy do it for all the teller shouldn’t be able to pick and choose who to ask ID from .. Funny is it because I was a Black Woman coming in with straight cash to pay my bill ??? Either way Taylor needs to be retrained .. on customer service and leaving her biases at the door

Manager asked if I was man or women, FULLY AWARE that I have switched genders. DISGUSTING AND RUDE

0 stars because they don't want to work. I went inside the branch, they told me I have to make an appointment and come back, I went online, it says go to the branch. I called capital one they transferred me to the branch, they said they are not accepting appointments at all. So no matter which side you come from they don't want to help you and do their job. I couldn't even finish my sentence but they kept interrupting me. This branch workers are very unprofessional and useless ....Basically

Went here today with my husband, I don't have an account here. I stepped aside out the line because the customer service line was getting really long, to wait on my husband to finish and not block the line. After standing for like a minute or two I noticed a teller kept looking over at me. I figured okay... maybe she's just looking my way UNTIL she kept looking AND then shortly after she left the counter she was working at and went to another teller and looked in my direction as if they were curious to why I was just standing there instead of just coming over to ask me. Super threatening feeling. It's really rude to stare and KEEP staring without an acknowledgement. I could easily assume I was being profiled. This happened March 15 around 11:30am.The lady had on a yellow shirt and had fair complexion.

This was my first visit there this teller is very rude no customer service satisfaction whatsoever. That girl Kerry Ann is very unprofessional. The manager needs to make her take some customer service classes to learn how to deal with customers. I would not recommend to this horrible place

absolutely no help. Said i need to CALL customer service instead of them actually giving me customer service. Lots of parking though

Zakaya is a very disrespectful and rude. Doesn’t care about the customers and her clothing is like she came to a club not the bank. Very disappointed I would suggest to go different bank than this bank
