Used Kim's Palm Cottage. Great location, close to shopping and Ana Maria Island. House was very spacious and decorated very nicely. Pool time was great!

What a great company to deal with before and during the stay. They made things so easy for my family and I when we were searching for a place. They answered so many different emails with so many different questions. They got back to me within the hour each time. They were available during our stay to help with anything we needed. The house (Seashell) was amazing, exactly how it looked in the pictures. Very clean and up to date. Had everything you can imagine you may need and a few things you wouldn't of thought of as well! Perfect location a block away from the beach with a donut shop and a taco please literally 30 steps from the living room. Pine ave is great, has so many cute shops and places to eat. The beach is amazing. This house is great because you have the private pool as well. Couldn't of had a better experience. OWNERS BE AWARE!! I chose Florida Dreams because of their emphasis on international marketing. Little did I realize that their hype doesn't 'live up to my expectation. They don't even greet their renters, it's strictly collecting money. They supply a key box and renters have to retrieve the key at the front door to enter the condo. Very impersonal! Markus and Marianne are not as nice as they appear. They are very controlling and only cater to renters to get repeated renters. Their cleaning people cleared out 60% of our kitchen supplies with out our approval and charged us over $30.00 to change a light bulb. We have heard from other owners of similar problems .We were informed that it is now a rental and not our personal place. A renter had a Dog in our condo against the condo rules and our rules. I had informed Marcus that a renter has a dog in our condo knowing no pets were allowed. The renters dog damaged our designer pillow and Marcus has refused the $75. replacement cost. Marianne was rude to my friend (see review Patricia Horne) who was doing me a favor connecting the new TV boxes accusing her of eating chips from the welcome package. They threatened Ms. Horn to remove her negative review or they will cancel all my renters. They were so concerned of their reviews at the owners expense, which I returned $1600 to the renters at Marcus request for construction noise from the neighboring complex. I no longer use them and have heard from other owners that they also canceled their service. Wolf

Aquaville A - location, location location! This two bedroom unit is tiny, but it was clean and pretty well stocked. The pool was small and dropped off quickly, so watch your children closely. It was good for a few days, but would have been too small for our family of four for a longer time because the sitting area is limited. Since the weather was great, we spent most of our time outside. The walk to the beach, stores and restaurants is perfect. Sydney helped me when Hurricane Dorian caused some difficulty getting home to Orlando. At the last minute she let us add on an extra day and store a few small items until we could get on the road. I really appreciate her flexibility and help when we were in a bind. I would definitely consider renting with her again.

Checked in late Dec.27 Lights were on for us .. very clean ! Nice pool. Very quiet and secure. Perfect for 5 sisters ! We will return 💖💖💖💖💖

We found our small vacation home online. Florida Dreams Realty was very friendly from the beginning. We got to our rental cottage super late and tired, there was no problem getting inside with the code. House was very clean and beautiful. We all loved it. My two children, my husband, our dog and I truly enjoyed the 6 days stay. We had everything you need for beach vacation including beach toys, towels, umbrella, chairs! I have to admit less than a week is not enough on Anna Maria Island so we have to come back!!

The home we rented is cleaner than any home we have rented on our annual snowbird trip. Plus their response to a few minor issues was fast, courteous and done right. Thank you Kevin and Ashley.

We rented twice in the last two years with Florida Dreams Realty. It is by far the best experience ever since we rent vacation homes on Anna Maria Island what we do since many years. Their homes are spotless clean, tastefully decorated and very well maintained. Last year in summer we arrived at 8pm and realized that the A/C did not work anymore. We called Florida Dreams and they managed to bring out a tech within the hour who fixed the problem by replacing the thermostat. But also with smaller issues, they proof again and again that they provide an excellent customer service starting with the booking process until check-out. Florida Dreams is a great company with friendly staff, great quality of homes and an impeccable customer service.

This Realty company is one the best I used to rent a home. Well organized, dedicated to the customer making sure vacationist have a good time. The House was wonderful. The 3 bedrooms plus were very confortable and spacious. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach. The pool was perfect for the amount of people staying. The kitchen had everything you need. And Anna Maria Island is the most beautiful beach in USA.

We will defiantly rent from here again! Florida Dreams made renting so easy! The home we rented from them was absolutely beautiful! It had everything we needed. They even left us information of things to do in the area, which was very helpful. The home we rented was very clean.The check in and check out process was so simple.
