HORRIBLE BANK. If you're in the need to discuss something personal, I recommend not going into the branch to do so as there is a women in there who announces your account information to the whole lobby. There is no privacy policy at this branch. She also cancels debit cards out of spite or does other malicious things to your account for correcting her on the horrible customer service she delivers. I still have not received my debit card back that the ATM sucked out of my hands. Again this bank is horrible and I will leave a review on every page I can possible come across.

Lousy... lack of empathy.... will never ever have anything good to say about a company who couldn't help a family during a pandemic over a 70 debt when the money to rectify the debt was Coming in and more than enough to cover it. Screw you guys!!I hope you will one day struggle and feel the pain my kids and I now face.

I love this bank. I have never had any issues. To the contrary. When I suspected I had received a fraudulent check, the staff was very prompt and friendly in helping me with the situation. Never had any problems with deposits or anything at all. Their app is great.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!! I LOOKED AT MY ACCOUNT THE DAY PREVIOUS TO MY DIRECT DEPOSIT DAY AND IT WAS AT A $0 BALANCE WITH A LITTLE IN MY SAVINGS. THE NEXT DAY I WENT TO THE ATM AND IT SHOWED ME LESS MONEY THAN MY DIRECT DEPOSIT. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT AND THE LADY TOLD ME I WAS NEGATIVE I HAD ACCRUED 250.00 IN NSF FEE'S AND THERE WAS NO WAY MY ACCOUNT SHOWED A ZERO BALANCE FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS. I KNOW HOW TO BALANCE MY FINANCIALS. I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS. THERE SYSTEMS HAVE A DELAY IN PROCESSING YOUR TRANSACTIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNTS. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BANK

It's awesome when a bank holds your direct deposit hostage for the 2nd check in a row. Call their customer service number and hear 4 different things like these people have no idea what they're doing. Their system is so out of date, that your envelope deposits won't hit your account till 4 days later. I've had them for 2 months and have sucked almost $300 from me because their online system is so inaccurate you might as well just keep your cash and write you're expenses down. You'll lose less money this way. Their notification alerts through text seem like they're coming from someone manually sending them with inaccurate information. Don't bother with them. The people in branch seem semi decent, but the people who own the place are cutting corners and stealing money. Can't get an account and this place is the only place? Go get a chase liquid. 5 a month, never overdraft. Deposits at 2am. Cash avail on the spot from atm and big checks 200 avail with 2 day clear. Keep the money you work for, don't have it stolen by bs excuses.

Well my banking experience with this bank started off good. But didn't take very long to go south. First off when my employer switched payroll companies, we had a snafoo the first paycheck. Everyone received the paychecks via paper check. Direct deposit wasn't ready yet. So I deposit my check and go about my business. A couple days later I check my balance and it says that I'm 1000.00 in the negative. So I call my local branch to find out what is going on. The telert says my payroll check bounced. So I call my employer and he ashored me the money was there, but just to make things right he gives me 1100 to get my bank account back to a positive balance. Right after I deposit the cash the bank teller trys to tell me that I'm still negative. I then talk to the branch manager and she corrects the problem kind of. After I leave I check my balance and the are two insufiinsuff funds charges I talk to the branch manager and she says there's nothing she can do. Fastfoward a little bit and I find out that they charge YOU 2.50 every time you use an atm that isn't a first bank atm. And they won't take off the fees. So I'll be closing my account today. Just another greedy bank trying to squeeze every last cent out the working man and woman.

Only bank in town 3 years ago when I needed a loan for a 401k rollover into real estate. 15 year fixed on an amazing property in Sun City West. No issues. Great staff. I use the drive thru for deposits... quick and EZ.

Applied for a credit card to try to build up my credit and about a week later I got a court summons for a credit card debt from years ago that is about twice what the amount I borrowed was. Guess who just lost another customer. It's not the interest that got me, it was the $35 monthly late fee's. I don't think they should be able to charge a late fee and interest...
