They bought out BBVA. Bad from the start. There was a line of angry customers in there today. Their app also requires access to all of your photos and files for "security reasons". It's the only bank that requires this. Try another bank for your banking needs.

I must say that I was with another bank and switched to Compass Bank. The best move I ever made. The service is the best and the tellers are so plsant and kind. They will help you as much as they can and always are happy to see you. The management I can,t say enough about. They always take care of your problems if you have any. Thank all of you so very much. A good place to keep your money.

I think this bank is fantastic. Fast and personal service. They always know my name and info. Just like the old days.

Dustin, the assistant branch manager is AMAZING! We don't even bank with Compas Bank yet he went above & beyond in helping us out with our banking issues. Others had turned us away & he had no problem. We live in Surprise but would gladly drive to 57th & Bell to bank with him. A+++ Promote this guy!

I had one of the worst experiences with the branch manager, She was so rude, She is so unprofessional, BBVA needs to re-evaluate this ladies position.

Been on hold for 3 hours for a transfer that was 2 business days. Initiated transfer August 2nd it is now August 10th. Not looking forward to the changes in BBVA. Going to look into banking elsewhere.

I always have a good experience at Compass bank, the other day i accidentally turned into a BMO Harris bank and received bad customer service. So i want to make sure i came back and corrected my review to say THANKS COMPASS BANK . Your Teller's are always friendly and courteous.

Hello, This is the 5th bank i have ever used in my life time and I love it. I have been with them now for 3 years and every year has been exceptional. I manage all of my banking needs through one source making it very convenient and easy. Also this location has two of the best professionals working for them. In the last year BBVA compass updated their online banking to use chats and graphs with personal spending and creating budgets and goal tracking systems that can email or text you which is a huge win in the money management for me. If you are looking for a premium banking company this is it. Thank you BBVA compass! Breon

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND USELESS STAFF. I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR HOURS JUST FOR THEM TO HANG UP OR TRANSFER ME BACK IN THE QUEUE. WHEN THEY FINALLY ANSWERED, THEY HAD NO CLUE HOW TO HELP ME ON A SIMPLE ISSUE. HR NEEDS TO CHECK ON THESE LAZY PEOPLE AND HIRE SOMEONE CAPABLE OF DOING THE JOB.

I feel so welcomed every time I come in. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Haven't had any issues and I enjoy the atmosphere of this place.
