This was the second time that I have refinanced two of my loans and Carrisa and the First Service team made this a much more painless process then what I went through the first time. They responded to all of my questions over email in a timely manner and they did all of the heavy lifting when it came to the paperwork. All I had to do on my part was provide some photos of some paperwork and sign some forms. Very happy with my experience here. In total with my two loans, I will be saving over $300.00 month in payments!

I wanted to pass along the following information about my experience with Carissa , and ultimately First service credit union . I have worked in the banking industry myself for almost a decade , and pride myself on high quality customer service . I am familiar with the investment of time and energy that is involved with keeping the company from risk and balancing the best service possible . Recently I asked about a new auto loan. No real intention of moving forward with a new car purchase ; however Carissa changed that for me . Carissa along with her assistant Kayla made my process quick , easy and painless. The real difference was the responsiveness . Carissa spoke with me many times over the phone and offered suggestions and round the clock assistance it felt like . Carissa has even been open to networking as well! She honestly has inspired me to take the plunge to transition and expand my own business acumen. She has made time for me as I inquired about her role and gave great advice about her side of the industry . At this point I’m thinking about inviting her to Thanksgiving and I tell everyone about how much I love this bank. And coming from me who works in banking, people trust me . Carissa is exceptional at her job !

Ohhhh, I love the staff at First Service. They bother to remember your name and treat you like a person and not a 'number' or a 'next'. Our daughter with special needs loves going here because they take the time to help her no matter how long she takes.

Sent IM from my account for help with debit card not working. Carissa responded within minutes, sent me form that needed signature. I signed electronically and my card was activated and ready for use. She did all this in less than 15 minutes. So impressed!!

Carrisa helped navigate moving some money this morning. She was knowledgeable and walked me through the steps needed to complete my transaction. The service I receive at First Service CU is what keeps me a loyal customer! Keep up the great work!

I had an issue with putting a stop payment on a check that was lost in the mail and Carissa went out of her way to make sure the stop payment was done . Her help really made me feel valued as a customer of First Service and reminded me of why i am so glad i bank at a credit union where i am viewed as a person .

I had a serious question regarding a check that should have cleared over a year ago. We moved and I don't have quick access to my files. I reached out via the online chat and CARISSA rescued me. I provided very "fragmented" information and she went to work and found exactly what I needed. MATTER RESOLVED BY CARISSA!
