Purchase a car notice the day time fog light out circle it and sent it over asking for it to be replaced was advised yes car was delivered still broken reached out via email was told it would be taken care or was told to get a light bulb to replace no problem i am not a mechanic so i dont know how to replace it went to dealer with these people on the line told they would tale care of it since it was not fixed when the car went through service sent over the bill was told they are not paying for it even after having phone and email conversations of them saying they will was told its not a major issue i have to pay for it i said why you sold me the car like that and I mentioned it before the car was purchased at auction and was advised they will fix it now i have to fix something cause it was not a major concern i am more upset that they admitted multiple time they would fix it and then lied and told they will not cover it… but its okay karma will come back around

Everyone I had contact with was very nice .Service was quick, efficient and comfortable In less than a week I was able to pick out a car that was just what I wanted. I was nervous about getting a vehicle that we would be happy with given the circumstances but she went above and beyond and was very patient with my picky self!!! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Our circumstances are not ideal due to we are in a Chapter 13 BUT they got me in a beautiful newer SUV with low mileage. Our Purchasing Coordinator was so amazing. Jason was very professional and always kept me informed. No hassle of going to a car lot and sitting for hours. Every staff member I talked to were so friendly and professional. Our delivery driver Kevin was also wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about NABS. For starters, I NEVER take the time to leave reviews, however I genuinely could not rave about this company highly enough. From my initial conversation with Tina to the care being delivered by John J, it was fantastic!!!! Tina took the time to understand what I wanted from my vehicle. Once learning that I was currently driving a $201 weekly rental car that was due back on Tuesday, she worked her absolute hardest - until 10pm on the weekend!! - to secure me a vehicle that I loved and have it delivered by Monday evening from Florida! She answered every single one of my questions (and I can be annoying). Not only was Tina phenomenal, but John J the delivery driver was so courteous!! He called 1 hour prior to his arrival from Florida, let me know how everything checked out at service, made sure it was sparkly clean and was very kind! He took time to thoroughly explain all of the paperwork, walked me through the entire vehicle and congratulated me! I would recommend you all to anyone and everyone! A Toyota Corolla 2019 with very low mileage, warranty still included with Manufacturer and additional benefits like road assistance and tire replacement for 1 year. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Jason Booth. I went into this process hesitant after filing chapter 7. Jason empathized with me throughout the entire process and made the buying process comforting throughout its entirety. There was an open line of communication and was always prompt in his response. After I purchased my vehicle, I came back two months later and purchased my wife’s vehicle. I have a level of trust in Jason that is beyond that of a buyer seller relationship. Car buying should always be this easy. I recently had some major credit issues but I needed a new vehicle at the same time. Pre approval was easy. Finding the perfect vehicle was easy. They asked what type of vehicle I wanted and within a few minutes my email was flooded with vehicles to choose from. Word of warning...be quick with your responses because the vehicles go fast. Pictured is the truck I bought. I couldn't be happier. 2011 with only 25,000 verified miles and looks like they went to back to 2011 to get the truck. I can't thank Pamela Schneider enough for working with me and delivering the vehicle, personally. Andy is the best. If you use these guys go through him. At first it was a struggle getting my vehicle and then getting it together however Andy did everything he could to help me. He made sure everything was fixed and running right and even drove my car himself. I couldn't have asked for a better person to handle my experience.
