Make sure you test drive the car before they run your credit. Drove hours to test drive a car that had severe suspension damage and the issue was not disclosed that there was plans to fix the problem until after it was discovered during the test drive. Total waste of a day.

Terrible buying experience , they ended up loosing part of my paperwork had to go resign ….. they have yet to fix my car that they told me they would fix the issue but just ghosted me ! Changing my review with these guys I bought a car from them 3 months ago and was told my first oil change was included and I called to cash in on it and I was told offer was good only for 30 days?!? Not sure why I would cash in a oil change on a vehicle that was fully inspected and serviced before I bought it?Otherwise low to no pressure sales. Nice people to work with and they sell high quality vehicles. Seems like they stand behind their products. I may or may not return. But if you go here get everything they promise you in writing.

Talked to one of the side sales guys at there detail shop up the street stated minor damage to front small / tiny hole cars 5 difrent shades of orange neither did the detail guy down the road or dealership posted any pics of damage when asked about any damage not seen in pics they assured me there wasn't any Damage was a clean car .clearly needs a entire front clip and fender appeared to already been bonded once . Stated it was a 1 owner vehicle well that was a lie as well had 6 owners drove 2 hours to turn around i even tried to still purchase the car but they was not interested in taking any less . Obviously

Save yourself some time and money and never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a Camry here less than a year ago, and I have been making repairs on it since I got it. I WISH I could sell the car but cannot due to the outrageous car note still in place. Calculating only the repair costs from this year I have paid more than double what the car is worth and still have the car note on it. Purchasing a car from Auto Palace could potentially be the worst financial mistake I have ever made in my entire life. If you write a review on Facebook you get to spin a wheel and earn a few bucks we won $10 ( don't know if there going to have it for long though I think its just a sale going on) but will be going back

Purchased a Malibu here, there was a few things wrong with the car. Bumper hanging off, back door wouldn’t open from inside, emblem not on the car, engine light was on. Was promised all of these things would be fixed, they only fixed the engine light that they say was a sensor. And called themselves fixing the bumper, now after my 30 day warranty, bumper hanging off, paint is chipping off car after I go to the car wash, engine light back on but now car is losing power going into limp mode, with a bunch of other lights coming on. Was told now to call Chevy after I get getting told they don’t have a mechanic oh and I was offered a free oil change after purchase which I had to pay for. A 2020 should not be running like this An update.., still I wish I could give ZERO stars! The hood that you all fails to fixed(lies and said you did) it flew up on me and children on the highway! Another repair I had to pay for! Amazing of you all to be dishonest and crooked… thank god my children are safe! Not sure why I can’t reply, but you the owner is lying. I still have my receipt and all my documentation from purchasing the vehicle in APRIL OF THIS YEAR. I came back numerous times and placed phone calls. You all are a joke.

They will get you approved but they are selling wrecked junk that’s way overpriced. Plan was buy one then come back for our second vehicle a few months later. Will not return.

Taylor and dutch screwed me over on a car. I bought a Nissan Pathfinder, and I’ve had non stop problems with the car. From the check engine light turning on consistently, the 4wd, and the key doesn’t work.

This place was recommended to me so I contracted them and spoke to a salesman via text who ran my credit and got all of my info. Never heard from them again. Spoke to another who told me they’d check on the status of my credit application, and was never contacted after. I mean what way is this to do business? If I didn’t qualify or needed a larger down payment, at least tell me so I’m not hanging on a string waiting for a reply after days and days. The whole experience was an absolute waste of my time.

Awesome experience. I originally spoke with Matt on the phone and he gave me the same positive energy in person. Matt was honest and knowledgeable. We ultimately bought a cash car and was pleased with the buy. Mauricio the finance manager was kind as well. Lastly the facility was sanitary and the bathroom was so clean that my mother was impressed.

If you’re in the market for ANY vehicle in ANY price range this is your spot. Luxury, Exotic, SUVs, foreign, and domestic- this place has it all at the most competitive prices you’ll find in Columbus. Probably some of the most aggressive pricing in the country actually. I was a bit skeptical at first because it’s such a zoo at the dealership. There’s cars EVERYWHERE and it’s tight getting around. However, it’s worth it because they literally have everything…and all nice vehicles too! I would think it also helps keep car costs down since they don’t have the overhead of some glamorous multi-million dollar “Palace.” Their service is great, and they have skilled mechanics. This review could have easily been a 2 star review and a non-returning customer though. I found a Toyota Highlander that was selling for about $32k everywhere else, and Auto Palace had it for $26k! A week after buying, the radiator almost blew and I had some other issues. After spending a good chunk of change on this I was pretty frustrated. I started wondering if it was too good to be true. “How in the heck could they afford to cut their price by 20% compared to competition? I must have got a lemon…🙄😒” these are the thoughts going through my head. After reaching out to the dealership and explaining my situation, they told me to come in and they would take care of EVERYTHING. 🥳😅 Thank God, because I wasn’t happy with the idea of spending $26,000 then turning around and have to put more into it for repairs! The GM at Auto Palace has world class character and treats every customer like family. I’ve found my dealership. Have you?

I just got my car today as I write this review. Paul and Eric were incredible today in helping me on my first car buying experience. They explained everything I could possibly need to know and more and were able to work with me to get me in and out of there with the car I wanted that day. They made what I was expecting to be an extremely stressful experience to something very easy very simple and very relaxing.
