I have been with the Credit Union for about three years now. I am so glad that I joined. The service has been fantastic, but, like any company, it’s the people that make the difference. I have used the drive-through a number of times, and even though you are talking to the associates through a camera, they are incredibly nice and fun to do business with. It’s the same feeling inside the Credit Union. One can tell that the goal of providing great service permeates the organization. A special shout-out to Tammie Alkire who I have had the pleasure of working with lately. If you are looking for a new place to bank, save yourself some time and go join Pathways. You will find it to be a great decision.

I have been a proud member of Pathways Financial Credit Union for many years. Today I spoke to Loan Officer, Jordan about increasing my credit card limit. He clearly knew his job very well & made the process fast and easy. His professionalism and kindness didn’t go unnoticed, and I will most definitely be contacting him with any future loan needs. I came into Pathways about a year ago. It's the best decision I have ever made. The Branch Manager is Chad Fields. He is always willing to help and assist any way possible. The customer service whenever calling in is truly superb. I'm thankful for PCU and their services.

Always super vigilant about the safety of your account! Love the female supervisor, she’s always so personable. I have had 2 of my children open accounts because credit unions, in my opinion, are better than banks! Molly Buckingham, as was everyone else at Pathways, were absolutely fantastic to work with. Better rates than anyone in the area and everyone was always available and willing to answer questions. How did I not know about this place until now?! I'll be shifting a number of my accounts over to Pathways in the immediate future. You should do the same as well!

You know I was going to leave this bank because every week I direct deposit my check but for the last year or so I've struggled to put food on the table for my teenage son and then myself. Pathways turned off my overdraft protection even though I work every week, and paid all overdraft fees without question. Just trying to feed my son. They sent me a letter turning it off because I'd been 8n the negative to long for them...who run our country. I'm trying pathways and I'm working for God's sake😭

Miss Eva Grace was an amazing help with the things I needed. She was quick and knew what she was doing, I got in and out as quickly as possible.

If I could give no stars I would. I deposited a large check and received an email that most of the amount would be held 5 business days. But they didn’t release on the 5th day. It wasn’t going to be released until the 6th day and weekends don’t count. In this day and age that check cleared through the account at the other bank in 24 hours. Then they didn’t do what they said. They took the entire check amount out of my account. Not even a pending deposit. My money will be going elsewhere.

First off EVERYONE makes you feel at home and like family. Such a calm peaceful place which is important when dealing with money. I’ve worked with some banks who could care less to learn your name. You’re literally just numbers to them except at Pathways.

Been a member for years, have worked with everyone in member service, Chad, Carolina Marlen, Samantha, Tammie. I’ve had nothing but the BEST service.

Spoke with Sherry this morning. She solved every one of my issues with courtesy and customer service professionalism. Speaking with her made my issue seem as if it wasn't as bad as I thought it was so I'm giving her KUDOS for a job well done!.

I absolutely love Pathways. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I would not consider every leaving Pathways.

I'm a shared banking member who was dealing with a ridiculous error made by my home bank that they would not fix over the phone even though it was there error and there in NY so not exactly walk in accessible at the moment ....anyway Eva came to my rescue and went above and beyond to help me get my deposit made on time...after the holidays I will definitely be closing my aforementioned account down and moving my business to Pathway ...Thank you so much Eva.

It’s always a good experience walking into this branch. I always encounter a friendly welcome. They know me and greet me by name making it easy for me to come here whenever I need anything. The checking account is great, makes saving easy. Both Carolina Rodriguez and Carolina Carvajal are amazing customer service representatives. Would definitely advise my friends and family to become part of the pathways team
