First PREMIER Bank S Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls

As someone who works in customer service for a bank, it is astonishing how awful this company is. They will find any reason to charge you. If you're account is in the overdraft, they will charge you $5 per day until your acct balance is brought positive. I find that unfair. They were very snobby anytime I came in for help. I got the feeling as if they looked down on me because I am a young adult. To make it worse, one incident, I had my boyfriend speak on my behalf due to my disability making it hard to speak. They kept asking over and over, "and who are you?" as if I was not in same room or explained beforehand. Good luck trying to grow as a company, because you guys lack a lot compared to your competitors.

I've applied for about a dozen positions, despite having a decade of banking experience, I've received no interviews or calls, only rejection emails. I'm not sure what it takes to get hired by this company, for all they talk about it being a great place to work, it would be nice if I could track down someone to discuss trying to get hired on. This company is giving me an extremely bad impression, so I can imagine how much worse it is for customers and clients. EDIT: After reading through the other reviews, it begins to make sense. They seek low quality employees they probably push to exhaustion like Wells who in turn give terrible customer service and work output. In that regard I should take it as a compliment they don't want to give me the time of day.

I subscribed to First Premier Credit card and it charges me over $200 yearly to keep it. I must have sustained a head trauma in 2011 in Pinellas county trying to avoid a car who caused the accident that camera footage caught. I now realize how much I need to get rid of this costly credit card because it charges itself as much as I use it.

this location specifically I have gone to since I got my first job & needed to open my first checking account. They are good. & the people who work there are all friendly, nonjudgmental people. They don't think my tribal ID is a hassle like the Sioux Falls Credit Union by my house did. Which I think might be illegal? I dont know. but I love first premier. :D

Made my last month's payment in full, not a dime owing, and did not charge anything throughout the whole next month because there was no credit on the card to charge with. But somehow at the end of this month, I am $83 over. This place is a scam. Does anyone know how to get out of the card?

Stay away from getting a credit card with this bank. I am disabled and haven't worked for 22 years. I had a year of perfect payment history. Because our economy is out of wack I missed a couple payments so, they canceled my card!!! 38% interest, 97 dollar annual fee and, a 10 dollar a month fee. They refused to work with me at all!!!!! They just care about one thing. Ripping people off!!

A fraudulent credit card was opened with this bank under my name and their response was quite poor. I had to call several times to close the account and after wading through the automatic menu options (none of which were actually applicable to the situation I was trying to solve) and being transferred to the wrong department twice, the customer service people that I spoke to either weren't knowledgeable enough to help me fix the problem or in some cases were impatient and unhelpful. I did finally speak to one representative who was very kind and attentive and was able to help me immediately, but I'm not impressed at all with how they handled something as serious as identity fraud.

Someone fraudulently opened an account with my information and this company goes even further to commit fraud too by NOT investigating and closing out the account. I keep getting the run around about the fraud and security department does not have a phone number for me to call and file claim. Then after calling several times, I was told to file a police report. I get the police over here and the police says they need info and documents from this fraudulent company, something I don't have because this fraudulent company is just bouncing my calls around like hot potato. So, not only do I have the needed info to get a police report, these fraud mongers are treating me as if they just do care about anything. This company should be sued and taken out of business. This is all happening right now today on April 29th, 2021 from the hours of 8am to 1244pm Est.

Great bunch of people. I went in got an account and asked about a small loan I was denied the loan because my credit is poor well not even showing a score. I was offered a different loan that would help me build my credit as I pay things off slowly. This is the first Bank to ever offer me any kind of loan with only being a member for 2 months! Thank you First premier for everything. I have questions they have answers and I've always been greeted with smiles at drive threw and in the lobby. I recommend them to people looking for a new bank.

Terrible company reported to my credit on a $30 maintenance fee. Cause my debit card expired and because of the virus I hadn't got a new one. Hell never missed a payment in 5 years havent had a balance in 3
