My experience with this Title company began with a recommendation from Jennifer to use Walmart to attain money orders for my earnest money deposit because I didn't have a local bank. This was so very helpful! Then at the end of the process I was having difficulty with my wire going thru and she went above and beyond to try to assist. She contacted me after hours as well. I would recommend this Title company to anyone & everyone!

Everything with my refinance was smooth as silk until First National Title got involved. They were incorrect, unprofessional and unconcerned. They made a mistake that cost me well over 400 dollars and never took responsibility for the error. They simply opted not to return my calls. I would NEVER use them again, and recommend that you do your research before choosing them. The experience was infuriating.

The most unorganized , chaotic closing EVER. The lack communication in the closing process and mailing rather than wiring the funding directly to my bank, made this a very stressful closing. Never again.
