First class all the way. We have always used Waco Title on the buy and sell of our homes with the recent one being no exception. Even with closing being chaotic due to a last-minute change from the selling of our current home just a few days before we were to close on both, Waco Titled moved us through the process seamlessly and very professional. We recommend using them 100% as we will on any future home closures.

Most of the Closings I have are done with Shelby LeBlanc at WACO Title in Springdale, AR. Shelby is very professional, responds to any and all questions and is extremely effecient. I would not think of going anywhere else.

it's very important that in closing we get signature of new homeowner moving into our community, that they understand covenants and supply us with information on them. Waco and Claire Buckley didn't send back the sheet I requested returned and after asking when I would receive it she tells me to go get it myself. Bad closing escrow agent. I wouldn't recommend her for my closing and I am in the business and purchase all the time. Ravenwood Estate POA board depend on closing escrow companies to supply us with this document so we don't have issues down the line. I have been administrator 11 years and this is the first time out of all our closings that I was told to go get the paperwork myself after asking for it to be taken care of in closing. Bad business . I wouldn't use Claire Buckley if I were closing in a covenant community.
