I can not believe I am the first one to review your amazing Title Company! I have worked with Pam and Dwayne for many years as My preferred Title affiliates. so I decided to introduce my Buyers and Sellers to your services when your company came to my office last year to announce the grand opening of City Title. It is great having an attorney available as well. I sold one of Blake Hanby's properties and that was my first experience using the company. I has I have always had excellent communication and superb customer service given to me and my clients. You guys always go above and beyond to ensure a detailed & smooth transaction. I consider you all an asset to my real estate team. I thank you for helping me make my job a little less hectic and providing a great service experience to my clients. Most impersonal, transactional, and robotic experience I’ve witnessed yet in this industry. There’s no reason to choose this title company. They didn’t make buying our new home an exciting experience at all. In fact, she made us feel like the 10 minutes we were in there took up too much of her time as it was. When spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, I would have expected more. The one positive thing that came out of this experience, was that I’m going to share it with my team in my business in order for us to not make others feel the way that we felt today. #rushed She literally told us in the meeting “I can’t wait until all of this is e-signature.” If you are referred to come here get a second opinion. The only reason why I’m giving this review a second star is because of the girl that works upfront. She was very polite and offered us beverages and a chocolate chip cookie. It’s not the beverages or the chocolate chip cookie that did it, because we declined both. It was the warmth and sincere concern that we were comfortable and made to feel at home to begin this process. To her I say “well done”.

City Title handled the closing on our FSBO transaction smoothly and efficiently. Okany Middleton was our closing agent, and she offered both buyer and seller great customer service. In the absence of real estate agents, she fielded a lot of questions from both of us. I especially appreciate her patience and attention to detail late in the day on a Friday.

I closed on my new house on 4/14/2020, aka, during “this time”. I called the office and the city title team had the entire closing process planned and simplified, making it easy for everyone. Closing on a house curb side seemed odd but we did it very efficiently and the city title team had everything organized to make the transition seamless and paperwork easy to handle. Thank you City Title Closing for making my first Home closing experience easy, manageable, and honestly, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend them!

Its been months I have not received the legal title to trailer which is required by law in Arkansas all I have received is empty promises and straight up lies. I seeking an attorney so I can obtain the services I paid for months ago in full.Find another title company.
