Why is it that I call you and say I have coil overs for a car to sell and you say bring them in and y'all want them but yet when I get there I get told "no we don't take automotive parts and we don't want these"? They are brand new and you wasted my time and gas, y'all are pathetic for a pawn shop🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

This place is great everyone there is always nice yesterday I got help from Viviana and she had such great attitude definitely the best pawn shop I have ever been in.

Live going here, the people are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have what you are looking for they will call another location for you to see if the can find it.

Mojica is a rockstar. Always helpful and friendly. This place usually has what I’m looking for at great prices or they can help me find it.

Fair and honest people trying to make an honest living providing a needed service to the community. I love the free monthly live jam secessions at the Rogers store. They have searched and found items for me that I wanted. I have witnessed them quietly giving back to their community. Dale, Becky, Jake, and all the other employees I’ve dealt with were great.

Jordan was a HUGE help in resetting my laptop I brought in. I was actually coming to look for a charging cord for my laptop and they didn't have 1 for sell but had 1 I could use while here. He took the time to show me how to reset it and also went the extra step in actually resetting it himself. The other staff was great as well.! Jason was a nice gentleman and kept up a good conversation with me and my son while the laptop reset. He also showed my son different guns and what they could be used for. (Hunting etc) Brad was nice enough to allow my son to take a picture with a HUGE Jesus pendant and chain and also offered us all (me and my 2 kiddos) popcorn.!! Jake offered me a stool to sit on while my laptop reset. (I have a tumor on my back and my legs/feet tend to go numb) Jake is a funny, cool young dude...LoL. Miguel seems very tech savvy and showed myself and my daughter different apple watches and how they work.! He also offered his input on resetting my laptop. I have purchased several items from this pawn shop and will continue to do so.!! They are a FANTASTIC team worthy of your business.!

Where to start...how about with the fact that their staff could not tell the truth if their life depended on it. I was told by the woman who sold me the guitar over the phone that it was in mint condition with nothing wrong. As you can see in the pictures provided, it was not anywhere close to the true condition. Then, when I spoke with the manager to see if they could refund a little bit of money to help with what it would cost to get the guitar repaired, they told me that they knew of the true condition in the first place and priced it accordingly. As you can see in the Craigslist ad they published, this was just another lie as it states in the ad "pristine condition". I would recommend that you avoid this pawn shop at all costs, customer service and satisfaction is not a priority.

I have always had a great experience with them. Able to find what I'm seeking and even some of my wants. Did to separate purchase in different dates I didn't took his name young latino guy very helpful , the last purchase I was helped by an old lady very sweet thanks for finding what I really like .

I have always loved this shop. They will take care of you and treat you like family. The only reason i don't give 5 stars is the employee that helped me today. My husband and I came in with a laptop and snowboard. She told us "you need to leave them outside and I'll come out." As we watched several other customers bring in larger items. She made us stand in the heat and told us she would only buy the laptop for 50. Retail on this item was up to 400 dollars. She refused the snowboard because "it's not in season." Though we had spoken to the owner prior and he was willing to buy. She refused to give us her name so i only have a vague description. She is a shorter hispanic woman. And if you ever encounter her, please ask for someone else. I recommend this business but that employee is so disrespectful and has no place in that shop.

Good prices, very organized, neat, and clean. Always enjoy seeing what they have available as their turnover is quick.

Ever since my first visit at Big brothers Pawn , Jacob gave me such a excellent customer Service. He made me feel so welcome. His Knowledge on Jewelry and Guns was so Impressive. Definitely coming back to purchase more Jewelry!

Worst place ever, I worked out a deal with the manager to drive from Tulsa to pick up a Billy goat. At first we agreed on 500$ out the door. When I called him to pay over the phone, he said he will have to do 500$ + Tax. Then I was like okay that’s fine I guess no problem. But when I called Them to see what was goin on they told me he wanted More money since I got my stimulus check. Worst pawn shop ever, I understand they have to make money. But keep your word and integrity as a man. He changed the price on me 3 times, told me supposedly that offer was only good for a couple days 🤦‍♂️ STAY AWAY

I would have to say hands down Best pawn shop in Springdale I moved down here from Kansas City needed a lawn mower in a weed wacker gas powered , but I live in Fayetteville so I drove out here checked out a couple other pawn shops before I went to Big Brothers. Big Brothers had exactly what I needed at a great price I got a Toro mower self-propelled like I wanted and a gas-powered weed wacker I will be a returning future customer for sure thanks again. SEMPER FIDELIS
