    The guy I was working with was nice but I called several times ahead to make sure I was approved and that I would come in and walk away with a car. They knew my down payment. They knew I had to pay to get there. Once I was there I was asked double the deposit I said I was able to do. Asked to spend cash and walk away with no car come back a week later and give another thousand dollars before actually having a car. I left, walked a mile down the road to Chuck Olson Kia and had my correct deposit approved for a less expensive 2019 car with only 7,000 miles. Would have wasted my whole day for nothing if I had not found the other dealership. Wouldn’t waste your time here. Picture listed below is the car I got from the other dealership.

    We had been looking for a BMW for awhile and found one here for a great price. The car and purchase price were fine. However, the customer service is the reason for a two star review. Terrill seemed indifferent throughout the whole process. After purchasing we were told we would get it detailed and have a full tank of gas before we drove it off the lot. Upon getting there to pick it up there was food still in the car and a quarter tank. Terrill said he would go get it filled up for us. After waiting 40 minutes we got the car back and it still didn’t have a full tank. We didn’t feel like waiting any longer. But when my husband went in to tell him his response was, “I owe you”. So unsure what that means. If you are looking for a car that could be slightly cheaper than others this place will be great for you. Just taper your expectations when it comes to the customer service you will receive.

    I worked with Tristin and he is an AWESOME guy! Literally less than 12 hours (I was as at work for most of that) he started the application process and paper work for me to get my dream car! Even after being shut down by other lenders this guy can see right through that and work with you to find your dream car.     It was rocky at first. The person I was supposed to deal with wasn't there and the numbers we discussed weren't accurate. However, Kishawn helped me and got me a better deal in a better car that I wanted all along. He was patient and considerate of my wants n needs. I would recommend to others.

    I got my 2013 JEEP Grand Cherokee here and had loads of problems. I was sold the Jeep with a few minor issues like the sunroof and stereo not working, the problem is I had to come in 3 times because they would only fix one thing at a time (failure to fill out the proper slip), they then had me delay my cross country move because they failed to order the stereo when I first put in the request. I ended up moving without the stereo (which they mailed me) and I then had to pay for the instillation out of pocket. I HAVE HAD THE JEEP FOR LESS THAN 6 MONTHS, and I'm finding out today they sold it to me WITH NO FLUID IN THE TRANSFER CASE. I had driven it across country with no idea, and has now caused major damage. My Jeep is completely out with a $3,400 repair in less than 6 months of driving it off this lot.

    I bought a car back in July. I was told my finance company wanted a car that would be reliable. I have put more money just keeping the car running than the car is worth. I am now stuck in a 25k loan when I only wanted a 10k car.

    They practice bait n switch. lot is run by bunch of swindlers and crooks. Very unprofessional service. Megans job is to get people in and will lie about car being present at the lot. Salesman will try to put you on another car. “bait n switch ” don’t waste your time here

    Ran my credit multiple times after asking for them to not run my credit at all until I was set on a vehicle. Looked at a couple vehicles and left without purchasing. Would rate it 0 stars. Don’t waste your time here.

    Bought a Toyota rav here that was a total lemon. I invested thousands of dollars into fixing it up and there is no end in sight. I was told the car I bought here had never been in an accident but when I took it to a mechanics they looked up the Vin number and found out it had been in TWO accidents and was considered totaled at one point. Really disheartening that people are scamming others to this degree.

    Don’t come here!!! They lie to get you in the door but don’t have the car they show on the website. I called spoke to Eduardo this morning before coming here and when I arrived the car was sold last night but I called this morning to double check!!! Also, there is No manager on site.

    I really really wanted to give this dealership 5 stars, they get 2 on their customer service alone. Super nice and helpful, but I bought a 2012 Volkswagen tiguan se and the next day there was a huge leak causing transmission oil to pour out heavily, however they did make it right and sent a tow and had it repaired 2 days after. However a day after I picked it up from having that repaired the check engine light came on and now it has a turbo leak and the part alone costs 1500 to replace. It doesn't seem like the used vehicles are checked out very well before selling. I really wish I could have given them a better review

    Update below this post I first made.Carlos F definitely has helped me out a lot and very helpful, respectful, polite etc I will definitely buy another car from him in the future. 🙌🏾 UPDATE 6/9/2021 Hello Carlos, I’ve been meaning to email you but I have not been able to for personal reasons. I am first little disappointed with my jeep that I bought from you through First National. You told me everything was checked out and ready to go. Furthermore, I even waited for the car because it needed to have one more thing replaced you also let me know the engine light came on so they were going to work on it which I appreciated the honesty. After that you called me and let me know my car is ready to be picked up. I asked if the AC worked as is there anything else I need to know about this car let me know that everything was good to go the AC works fine let me know everything else was checked out and clear. When I drove car home it was like I had no control and I pulled over a couple times. Thought maybe because it’s a big car I’m not use to etc so the following day I still felt like something was off so, I took it into a mechanic to get the Jeep checked so he told me I needed an alignment. I paid him $90 for the alignment and then the engine light came on and had him check car again. After that I was told car needed some parts changed took it in got those parts changed and when I went to use A/C I find out that the A/C doesn’t work but the heat does come on and keeps the car nice n warm. I go to a shop to recharge A/C because I’m thinking that’s what it needs but instead they tell me A/C parts are missing to be able to recharge the A/C and I will need to take Jeep to get those parts fix: these are the parts: ac compressor, ac lines, the pump, the ac radiator not sure of the right name it goes under the dashboard then I have to buy a new part where it has a button for the a/c. I have now made an appointment for that through dodge so they can give me a quote on how much all this is going to cost me. Another thing when I got my oil changed on Jeep they let me know jeep is leaking oil and that steering stabilizer is loose. All this in a matter of weeks from buying this jeep. Do you honestly think this is fair? I haven’t even had the car for a month and already came with so much damage that you and the company you work for didn’t disclose this information which is so wrong and having steering stabilizer loose/no alignment done on car could’ve caused an accident. I know car dealership always seem to hustle their customers or with hold information but it’s not right. I would like to know what First National is going to do about this to make it right? UPDATE 🔽 6/25/21 Jun 14 talked to Ahmed Zeghmi went over car problems and since I had a schedule appointment with Dodge in Yakima, Ahmed asked me to call him back after car got checked by Dodge. Appointment at Dodge was Jun 18, 2021. I called and text Ahmed to let him know what dodge said. Ahmed told me since I had file a complaint to Better Business Bureau that he could no longer help me. But that John Young- General Operations Director would be in contact with me if not this weekend at least by Monday I would hear back from him. Well today is Jun 25, 2021 11:12am and still I have not heard back from John Young or anyone else from First National Fleet. I even waited to call John Young and give him extra days to call because I know people can get busy. But, I did call him Jun 24th, 2021 and left him a voicemail and still have not heard back. As I am writing this….my Jeep is at the mechanics again getting checked on. All update as I go see if this company makes it right and see what can be solved.

    Leo, I highly recommend him to anyone that is in the market of buy a vehicle. He did everything possible to get my wife a new vehicle. He spent days working on getting us the perfect monthly payment and getting us the right lender. He was a very funny and outgoing person.

    I had a wonderful experience working with Tristan and Elliot! I walked in there terrified and worried I wasn’t going to walk out with the car I really wanted.     I bought a 2013 Dodge Avanger with them last year. The vehicle started overheating same day I bought it. They made a few attempts to fix it. But none lasted more than a month. After they realized that they are not able to fix the issues they refused to take responsibility. I also noticed that they charged me $1000 more than the advertised price for the vehicle. They caused me months of inability to work, unexpected expenses and a huge waste of time and many more. I already put two claims on them with the Attorney General Office also sued them in the Small Claims Court. They are more like a fraud organization than being a honest business. I’d rather throwing my money in garbage than doing business with them again. And I ll keep looking for the ways to get my money back. Don’t even come close to them !     Bought a nice Ford f150 here through a gentleman named Gokul. He let me test drive it, take it to the inspection and agreed to do minor repairs that my mechanic pointed out and suggested I ask them to fix. They also had a good variety of reasonably priced trucks that I was tempted to look at for comparison, but just went for the Ford since it was exactly what I had expected based on the description and was in great condition. Gokul and his finance guy helped me thoroughly and informatively through the whole process, not hesitating to answer all my questions. I had to call my insurance and bank to sort few things out and they were thoughtful and understanding, working with me through the whole process.

    DONT DO IT. Found this vehicle on car gurus and my husband and I immediately sent a request to view it. We called and they confirmed it was available. We informed them we would be to their dealership around X Time because we had to drive about an hour to get there. They agreed to bring the vehicle down for us. When we got there we were told to go wait outside in the snow by the vehicle by someone who didn’t introduce himself to us. It was 20 degrees and I’m 31 weeks pregnant so I thought this was pretty unprofessional. While waiting outside in the snow the same man comes out and says that they actually just sold the vehicle to someone else. We ended up leaving after they tried to pressure us into looking at other vehicles out of our price range. Since leaving about two hours ago, the manager has reached out to my husband to try and get our business. This is a back alley dealership off aurora. Don’t get your hopes up on a vehicle actually being there when you arrive even if you call and verify.

    Do not go here. This dealership is a joke and a waste of your time. I inquired about a car and asked if it was on the lot right then and if I could come see it. They said it was on the lot so I drove down to see it and when I got their they claimed that they had given it to someone else to use in the meantime. They had me sit down and get ready to finance a car that I never seen, test drove or even knew it existed. I said no thanks then walked out. 2 week later I inquired about the same car asked if it was available right then and if I could come see it in 20 minutes. They said yes it was there. 20 minutes later I arrived ready to test drive the car they said was there and they claimed I didn’t have an appointment? They made me sit on the couch and wait for them. I waited for 10 minutes because I saw that all the men were getting taken care of while I the only girl was being ignored. As soon as I walked out they followed me to the door and said are you here for the Chevrolet Trax (meaning they knew who I was all along and chose to ignore me) I said yes and they said oh we just gave it to someone else to use in the meantime. I walked away. Not only did they ignore me and pretend they didn’t know who I was, they didn’t even bother showing me any similar vehicles. Very disappointed and I would not buy here as it’s sketchy

    I bought a car in September 2020 and not once did they tell me that it had structural damage to it. I went to go trade it in and the Dealership literally told me it’s not able to get traded in due to it not being safe. Then I contacted first national fleet to see if they would trade it in and again they wouldn’t be able to help me. So now I’m out seeking legal help because I was sold an unsafe car that I transport my five kids in And they could not help me whatsoever. I would never recommend buying a car from them considering they never mentioned all the damage that was done to the vehicle before I bought it. I wish I can give them lower than one star but unfortunately Google won’t let me!

    Awful. Frankly, they lied to me and wasted my time once a deal was reached. I strongly encourage all to do business anywhere else. By the way, I read the response from owner, and it's full of more lies so I need to address this: We actually had a deal; we were not "negotiating a deal" as the owner writes. The salesman I talked with expressly said we had a deal. We discussed the sale price of a car and agreed on it. The salesman actually used the words "we have a deal." I told him I would then go to the bank, get the money, and come in that morning to buy the car. He understood, said that would be fine, and agreed he'd see me. So I went to the bank, I got the money, and I drove to their lot. But when I was just a few blocks away, the salesman called me. He sheepishly told me he hoped I wasn't close. He said he called to say the deal was off, because he was driving the car to their other lot so show it to someone else. He knew he was breaking our agreement. Those are the actual, real facts, not the weird fantasy written by the owner. The owner response also says "it was explained to you that the vehicle is on the market until you come in and buy it" -- and this is another lie. Actually, it's pretty clear why he writes this lie -- he wants everyone reading this to trust him so he can take your money for whatever he's selling. Of the car I was buying, the owner also writes "it sold before you had the opportunity to make it in." And this is ANOTHER lie. In fact, after they broke our agreement, and a day or so after I wrote this review, their car apparently didn't sell to another person, so after they blew off the deal we had, they called me back AGAIN to try to sell it to me again. Wow. These people are liars desperate to hide the truth of their lying, deceptive ways all so they can make money off you. They cannot be trusted. Do you want to take a chance spending your hard-earned money buying an "AS IS" car that may end up a lemon? Do you want to rely on what these people tell you when their only true interest is their own profit? You can tell these people lie if their lips are moving...stay away.

    I would give this dealership less then 1 star. The check engine light came on before we even made it home. I called the dealership and informed them, they said if we would have paid more for the car they could have tried to help us. The dealer also said “it is actually not illegal to clear a check engine light before selling”. This is the worst service I’ve had, got a new family car home that I couldn’t even drive and had to pay more money for to drive. The car only had 36,000 miles on it. I feel cheated. It’s called fraudulent concealment and it is illegal. Many states will allow punitive damages.     Mandy, below is the response that I sent your husband Darin on the Google review that he wrote: Darin, I understand your frustration in this situation. Buying a car and having the CEL come on shortly after is always frustrating. However, when your wife called the dealership, she stated that the CEL came on during your long drive home (several hundred miles) and stated that you had the car taken to your local BMW dealer and you had already paid to have the computer reprogram needed to fix the CEL. CELs come on for various reasons, the majority of them minor, and there is no indication that we "illegally" cleared it before you bought the car. During our discussion with her, she hung up when she didn't get the answer she wanted to hear, not us. When you purchased the car, you negotiated very heavily and you got a fantastic price on the car, far below KBB wholesale value. We explained to you verbally and in writing that due to the heavily discounted price, we would not be able to offer you any free repairs/work if something were to come up in the future. You agreed to this, verbally and signed the AS IS clause with the stipulation that "price is discounted in lieu of any free repairs/work". When your wife called, she asked us to reimburse for the service that was performed at the BMW dealership. While we might have been able to perform the service at a much lower cost than the BMW dealer, we definitely cannot send out payment for work that was already done at BMW dealership prices, especially when the car was bought at such a low price.     I was referred by a friend. I submitted my request online and received a call back from Megan. She was pleasant and encouraging, but she did not pressure me. Once I was ready to buy a car, I was greeted by Megan who introduced me to Paul, who brokered my sale I was insecure about my credit, but Paul made me feel comfortable and found me the car I wanted. From there I had the pleasure of meeting Jack who worked out my final financing. I was concerned because my credit score was low. He was honest and forthcoming. We were able to work out a payment plan with options to refinance after I made 6 months on time payments. It’s only been a week, but my score has already increased by 54 points!     Vehicle was ready when I arrived. Process was efficient. I didn’t like that I found out after the purchase there was only one key fob, two seems standard. I also feel like they brushed over structural damage to the car during the purchase process rather than during the test drive.

    Kishan and Paul at the First National Autos in Seattle on Aurora are the best!     I purchased a car from “ Carlos “ January of this year & now it’s August & I have a lemon! When I purchased the car I was told everything was fine on it , I test drove it around the corner, even over the speed limit to make sure it would get up & go. He sold me a car with a rusty catalytic converter, it had a cover on it at first where you couldn’t even see it but, it went out as I was going to work & it’s never been the same. We took it to get it welded & about two months after the ABS light comes on & brakes squeak load when you hit the brakes. Also for the past 3 days the battery light has came on & we took the battery to be checked before purchasing a new one & was told the battery was fine. I honestly think the men here take advantage of women that come alone to inquire about a car. & I would not recommend anyone going here ! This would be my last time ever purchasing a car from First National Autos !! Thanks a lot. I just found out this car has a bad alternator!

Unfortunately the issues you are having with your vehicle could not have been foreseen, the vehicle you purchased is a 2011 so it is 10 years old, and it sounds like these are maintenance items. Catalytic converters are typically covered with a protector by the manufacturer and they do rust over time. However, there is no way to know that without disassembling it all. Batteries and alternators also require replacing at intervals based on the use and mileage of the vehicle. There is no way we could foresee that the alternator would fail after 8 months of ownership. Please, before jumping to the assumption that we "take advantage of women that come alone"; call me at 2065251800 when you get a chance and allow us an opportunity to help you with these repairs.     Tristan is the worst car sales men ever. I’ve tried numerous times to get a hold of him via text/call and no answers. The day he wants to answer my calls I call him out on it and he says they’ve been busy. Mind you I’ve already gave this company X amount of money n still I get a we’ve been busy. Moral of the story is don’t buy a car from Tristan

    It was Leo's exceptional customer service that brought me to this dealership and I thank him for that! Anytime I go to a dealership I always feel like they got over on me... :) and I always second guessed my purchase... The stress of the corporate environment that most dealerships exude is overwhelming to say the least.. At National General Auto I felt like I could be me.     This was my first car purchase and I was pretty nervous coming in. Everyone was very welcoming and gave me lots of information and guided me to everything I needed to know. The test drive went great and they gave me the car facts for the car I was looking atm everything turned out great and they gave me a great deal on the car I decided to take home. Now I'm driving it home completely satisfied!

    Pretty unsatisfied with my buying experience, although happy with the car. My AWD Outback had tire treads that didn't match and I later found the SIZE of the tires didn't match either, which could cause serious mechanical issues (transmission failure) and presents a safety concern. 2 of the tires were the wrong size for the car. This is really a basic principle of AWD vehicles. No warranties on purchases and they refused to fix the issue at the dealership because I "got a great deal"-which is still mostly true, it was a deal, even with 1000 worth of work needed as soon as I bought it. Ended up getting a call back, asking if they could do anything to rectify issue. I advised I already fixed it and bought 4 new tires and paid for an alignment and oil change. No solution was offered but they advised they thought the review wasn't fair and requested it be updated/removed.
