Great expertise and guidance on how to work around some hurdles (mid-remodel, spiking rates, complicated personal finances), choose the right buydown, and get things done around my busy schedule. The team was responsive very friendly and clearly experienced, the process was a breeze, and we signed with time to spare.

Kyle went the extra mile for us when we suddenly found the day before closing that a check would have to be delivered to Anacortes (the recipient refused any other payment) - he drove 4 hours round trip personally to drop off the check. When we first started it was safe to so I was in no way in good shape to be buying my first house.
