Yasmine at Northgate office was very accommodating and made a stressful moment very comfortable. The rest of the staff at the office were also very professional and attentive. Thank you, Yasmine and everyone else at Northgate office.

If you are credit challenged, they will work with you as best they can. Mine was OK and they offered me far larger then what I even wanted for some debt consolidation. I worked with Robyn and they were a pleasure to work with. I passed for a lower value one closer to the monthly payment I wanted. Yes, you may have a higher percentage rate then some others, but you are always welcome to shop around and you can always re-pay more then your payment or even towards principle if you want to pay less on the life of the loan. They were quick, professional, and had my money to me in less then 24 hours after providing necessary collateral documentation and coming in to sign only took about a half hour. I do see lots of negative comments but people are acting like they had no idea what they were getting themselves into, or stopped paying, or never made arrangements when communicated, which is what happens when you don't pay your debts or respond. If you are actually serious about paying back the loan, they are great to work with and quick to process.

My wife and I have worked with Robyn twice now. She has always taken care of us, and is always friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns. We recommend her to anyone!

Had a loan with One Main and later fell on hard times. They didn't care. Went through a company to help repay my debts rather than declare bankruptcy and worked through everything for 4 years, EXCEPT FOR ONE MAIN!! They completely refused to compromise for 4 years!! All my other debts got paid off. One Main "wrote off my debt" which caused me to pay increased taxes at tax time. They're horrible - best to stay away from them if you can!!!

Biggest mistake ever!!! I got the money to pay them off. I called them and told them I'm on my way to pay it off and he told me they were closed. I called almost every day they didn't answer my call. They didn't want me to pay it because they want to make money. My biggest ever!!!! They asked me will I recommend them..HE'LL TO THE NOOOOOOO! !!!! Interest rate was so high!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Great people to work with. My credit was not great, but we were able to find something that worked for my debt consolidation needs and they were willing to revisit the loan terms once I'd established regular on-time payments. The whole process was very straight forward and fast. I've since re-financed with a different loan at a lower APR, but the OneMain loan was able to hold me over until I was able to do so. The communication with the Northgate office was excellent -- they are extremely friendly and informative and never made me feel embarrassed about my situation.

I hate myself for having to apply for a loan at all, much less this lender. I was in a bind and so I guess having this option felt like the only option. The process was fairly quick. The rep used loan language that he was familiar with but did not translate well to my understanding. The interest rate is higher than the principal and then after the transaction, I began to get "offers" for more loans and go further into debt! Yuck. I do not know how many times I asked to remove my contact info from any of their contact lists: paper mail, email, phone because I would like to be done with this insane loan as fast as possible and never look back.

They are great to get you into a loan. At extremely high rate. If you are late with payment they will call and lie to you with no worries.... They were good... now, I will never do business with them again

Christian at the Northgate Branch was awesome. He was very professional and friendly. Made the entire process from start to finish very easy. I would definitely recommend working with Christian.
