Koby and Big Mike were an absolute pleasure to do business with! I received a generous payout! I came into this store for the first time recently when I had some gold jewelry I was looking to sell. Koby's precision and attention to detail while he evaluated my jewelry was much appreciated. Big Mike and Koby are polite, professional and truly cool dudes. Also they play excellent music. I only wish they would buy my loose gem stones and silver. But I'll always go to them first with my real gold jewelry. They even accept broken gold jewelry and pieces.

Every time I've come here I had great a great rapport with whomever was at the counter and gotten to know the employees slightly I even surprised them with a loan I needed badly with my jewelry and within 5 days was ready to buy back when they weren't open but they accommodated me and opened it up to just let me buy it back which was amazing. They may not always have the need for things that people have because they have a lot but they will definitely do what they can as far as loaning goes and that's why I only chose this location and this location alone

This was my first time selling anything at a pawn shop so I was a little nervous. The shop is clean and inviting. Both gentlemen behind the counter were very respectful and friendly. I brought a ring in to sell, I had taken it to a jewelry store prior to coming to Pawn Kings so I had an idea what it was worth. Pawn Kings gave me a great value for my ring. The were fair, fast, and friendly. I could not be happier with the service and would return to purchase or sell items.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS , THESE HAVE GOT TO BE THE LAZIEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A PAWN SHOP… I CALLED AHEAD OF TIME TO ASK IF THEY WOULD EVEN CONSIDER A PAWN LOAN FOR THE ITEM I HAD, THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD AND TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN… UPON ARRIVAL THE MAN AT THE COUNTER (TALL AFRICAN MAN) WHO CLAIMED TO BE THE MANAGER TOOK ONE LOOK AT WHAT I HAD , AN IMMEDIATELY SAID , “UGHHHH WHAT IS IT”. I THOUGHT HE WAS JOKING AT FIRST BUT TO MY SURPRISE HE WAS DEAD SERIOUS… DID NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF FIREARMS OR FIREARM ACCESSORIES ; AND THE SCARY PART WAS (HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO ACCESS EBAY , TO CONDUCT HIS “INTERNAL RESEARCH”!!! LOL THIS PLACE IS A GD JOKE JUST LIKE THE PLACE THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY AT THE SAME LOCATION THAT WENT OUT OF BUSINESS…. I PREDICT HISTORY WILL REPEAT ITSELF WITH THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A PAWN SHOP AS WELL!

I have been dealing with these guys for several years now. Great crew , Great atmosphere and professional. I have gotten loans on everything from video games to boat motors and its nice to know I have a safe fair place to go. I have also purchased several items and never been disappointed. 5 star for sure ! Thanks guys 👍

They had a listing for a brand new top of the line dual inverter LG model air conditioner on offer up. They didn't know who I was, but because I was the first one who responded They gave me a shot to purchase the unit. Even after me saying that I couldn't be in till the next day. They held the unit at the agreed below retail price point even knowing the high demand of the item. I was able to get in there that evening. Paid cash as was the pre agreed upon deal. Personally helped me load it up in my car. The unit is fantastic, shout out to Keith. Thanks a lot. Will absolutely recommend to others as well as shop here again.

I went in on Friday and they were really nice and helpful. They didn’t have a big selection of jewelry but made sure to show me everything that was available, including some things that were in the back room. Arval was the one who helped me and he was super nice and really helpful and helped me get a great deal on a beautiful ring. I definitely plan on going back again!

The shop owner Demitri lies to me, cheats me financially, and has trouble getting in touch.I no longer trust him for this reason. Fortunately, I have evidence of deceiving and lying.I will report to BBB based on this evidence. I'll re-post the owner's atrocities here in detail after receiving the report. *Facts check The owner still works with Pawn Kings but he told me his not no longer work at Pawn kings.So why did you lie to me? *I asked him to loan amount of $2500 with my title loan and he said "Ok"(with two conditions: lien on title and Install GPS) but pawn king gave to me only $1500 because I couldn't install GPS. I have been there installation shop but they don't have no list up my car for schedule it and they didn't pay for it nothing. So they requested card number to Koby(pawn king GM). But nobody pay to them so I couldn't do it. The Funny thing that I double checked for installation schedule to owner and GM in the morning then GM told me "already arranged it" and paid it confirmed with them but it was not true. I was standing by two hours at there plus driving distance total 95miles.( Installation fee was $289 instead $500) The owner mentioned me to fee is $500 more than couple of times. Also he told me that $500(GPS fee)+ $2500 =$3000(will be my total of loan amount) explained to me on the phone lol. P.S. Pawn Kings GM(koby) was trying to help me that I knew it. He is nice guy what I still believe it.

The inventory they have is unbelievable this is by far the best pawn shop I've been to in a long time. The variety of tools, fire arms and electronics is amazing and priced at a fairly good price, most items are semi new or still in original packaging. Highly recommend Pawn Kings. The staff is amazing

So if i could do zero stars, i much rather do that. I walk in with an expensive watch, in case, got certificate of authenticity, new battery so its clearly working. Its actually a European watch. and I also have a perfectly working laptop, but they would never know because, their answer to everything is we not taking that, or that or that.... So service is bad to nonexistant, take your pick. I mean why open if you not there to do what your store says you do. thats like going to the grocery store and they tell you we not taking customers .... so why you open? but dont take my word, take something in and see for yourself. And whatever answer or reply they give doesnt make an honest review a bad one, it simply means they cant accept that they have bad service.

These guys are amazing! I am from Alaska, I often miss the small town friendly vibes you get when you walk into a business in town. I haven’t ran across such a feeling since I came down here, until I walked into Pawn Kings! Instantly I felt a very warm welcome from all the guys working, they have really good stuff with good prices. The owner is very personable and extremely friendly and helpful. Brought me back to that friendly, everyone waves at everyone driving by on the road, smile ear to ear, welcoming small town vibe. Thanks Pawn Kings! Oh, side note: do not attempt to sit on the motorcycles in the store, they are VERY heavy and could really hurt someone not strong enough to hold the weight. Safety is #1 concern with the “Kings of Aurora”. 😜

Definitely, without question, the best pawnshop in Seattle. Better then the shop downtown, or any of the Pawn Exchanges. Great guys, always willing to work with you (unless you are expecting free money for the stuff you dumpster-dived...) Been dealing with them for awhile now, and never had a single complaint! These guys are awesome. Best prices by far! And very willing to work with you on trades and purchases. I have personally not opened anything here but the severally times I have been here, they are always working with customers to make a deal. I have purchased power tools, speakers and a computer from these guys. Never had a bad experience! Great people to work with and will be back!
