Bank of America Financial Center Reviews

There has been several open complaints about only one guy working the counter on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately despite the other banks being closed this one is the only one open. I would expect there to be least some more people here knowing this place would be packed.

    Response from the owner

Awful!! Absolutely awful EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE! Im actually probably going to switch banks because it shouldnt take an hour or 2 every time i want to cash a check! Its like wow u guys know its going to be busy you close all the banks in the surrounding area so were forced to come here its just rediculous. Instead of the manager walking around or sitting maybe he should hop on a window get this moving!! Im 21 people deep to cash my pay check. And im most likely going to be late for work!!!! Seriously im just one person but im done being a customer here!! This is dumb!!

I already hate banks because no one ever actually cares but I especially hate Bank of America because they don’t treat you like a human but I especially hate this Bank of America because during their peak business hours (I checked google analytics) they had a line of 20 people and had 1 of the only 2 tellers leave their post to go do something else. People are walking out. The line is getting very anxious and people are talking aggressively about it. It’s a Friday at 1:30 and no one is working. I’m only here to close up some business with this bank and I’m being violently reminded of why I’m leaving this bank. Going to get better customer service from the mattress I stuff my money into now.

Bank of America is the worst bank in America this branch in perticular is atrocious at best. 5 staff members 22 people in line and only 1 one single teller to help people with transactions. And they have the audacity to ask you every 2 weeks why you don't have an account with them get outta here I wouldn't bank here with my enemies money.

    Response from the owner

At least 30 people in line. 1 teller. Management is pathetic. People waiting on their lunch breaks. Complete disrespect for customers of this massive bank.

Visiting here to make a withdrawal that cannot be completed at the ATM. Here because the two locations near me are “temporarily closed”, so you’d think that there’d be more than one teller. But no, lol, 12 people in line and one teller. At 1:45. Every visit to a location is killing me 😭 I’d wholeheartedly, with all of my being, not recommend this location.

    Response from the owner

We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. As such, some locations may be either temporarily closed or operating at adjusted hours. If you’d like to visit an alternative financial center, please click the following link for the most up-to-date info on our centers: http://go.bofa.com/Locator. Also, when new information is available regarding openings and hours, the website will be updated.

As we've all heard and experienced, the lines here are usually 20+ people deep with one teller, it's awful. But the even better enjoyment is seeing people come in the door and panic at the sight of the long line. The shock on their face is priceless, almost makes waiting in line worth it! Don't come to this branch if you can avoid it.

    Response from the owner

Hello Bailey. It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected, and we’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. ^nicole

The worst. Just like everyone else has commented here, the lines are atrocious. There is one teller, while there are four non-tellers sitting in their offices on their phones and computers. Clearly the need is for more tellers and not other bank employees. They were also not enforcing masking. I spoke to the manager who acted like I was wasting her time and told me that it just is what it is. I am not sure even writing this review is worth it, because seeing how long this has been going on from the previous reviews, this branch doesn't care enough about the customer experience to make any changes. Worth it to go out of your way to go to another branch.

    Response from the owner

Hi Annie, we're very sorry to hear of your experience and will be sure to share your concerns with the leadership of that location. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with this feedback and would be happy to have the opportunity to further connect and learn more about what happened during your visit. If you must make a withdraw over your atm limit, this is ONE OF ONLY TWO BOA's IN SEATTLE that carry cash and there is only have one teller. The manager and teller both said they wanted to quit. The area VP told them "if you can't handle it, quit". The line was out the door with an hour wait, mostly elderly...Bank of America is not living up to it's name. Bank of Afghanistan?
