I have been with FMCU little over 7 years and i have great experience with Susan Rupp she is the best from the best! Great loan officer for all your loan needs from a major home loan to a small line of credit she has always been the best.I have never left massage to her without getting response back from her soon as she can, it’s nice to know there is someone out there who will do their best to help you and in my case that’s Susan. If I could give her 10 ⭐️ I would!!!Besides that she’s very professional also she’s a great soul!!!

Ive been a happy customer for over 10 years until the other day. The newer teller wouldn’t let me deposit or cash a check that was on my name and signed by both people, i was told the “other person” had to be with me. I drove to butler hill location and they did it with no problem or questions asked.

As a Community leader, I have experienced many different platforms of discrimination, but this experience by far has been the most hearbreaking.. We have to choose to treat every person with fairness, dignity & love🥺

This credit union is very bad at customer service. I had a 5 year car loan from them an have never missed a payment with them. I've also mad double payment for months to pay it off. I didn't no I had to call an tell them I was paying off the car loan because it's my first car. So after I thought I paid off my car I look an see that I owe $0.23 cents. I called an asked what they could do. All they did was take $0.23 cents out of my savings account which is $0 An paid my car but now I owe my savings account $0.23. I wouldn't have a big deal paying it If I lived closer. I live 45min away. I'm spending more money to get to the bank then to pay off my savings. I will never bank or get a loan from them ever again once I pay off the Damn $0.23 cents.

My first experience was outstanding when I opened my account. Unfortunately my second wasn't pleasant. I chalked it up to maybe she was having a bad day. All in all, the people seem friendly and helpful. One lady at the information desk needs to be a bit less rude when greeting people but,maybe she was having a bad day also.

Not upset with this branch but furious at the fact I'm out of town and went to a Shared Branch ATM and cannot get any cash. You have no access to customer service after hours to find out what the problem is. No it isnt an issue with the ATM either....other cars are successfully getting cash. I like having security on my account but what is the use to having an account with this institution if you cannot access your money when you are out of town and it's weekend!!!!! Grrrrrr

Very bad customer service. Its like every other time you go there , their is a problem. Cash my work check there for over 4 years and every other time there is a problem.. Checks have never once bounce, I work at a multi-million dollar company, and yet they put random 2 day holds on the check. Its like they mess with you on purpose or the people working their are so inept that its encouraged. Don't go here if you want to cash your check and not have it overdraw your account from a random 2 day hold.

Love First Missouri, I've been with them for over 30 years, since they where St.Andrews credit union. Great rates with friendly people.
