I have been a customer of Commerce Bank for over 50 years. I have always found the staff to be courteous, helpful, and competent. Whether I'm going through the drive up window, or have business inside the building, my concerns and requests are always satisfied in a profession yet friendly manner. I’ve been to this branch a few times. Every time I received great customer service. They are punctual, organized, and friendly.

don't ever use the atm to make a deposit ,it will take your check not deposit it and then they give you the run around to resolve the issue very bad customer service on day 5 still horrible customer service

Has to be the worst bank to go to i opened a business account malika said i didnt have to keep money in it then a week later they close it because there wasnt any money in it no courtesy call letter in the mail just close it thanks alot and they said thier here to help me grow my business more like destroy it😡😡😡

Terrible waiting time on Saturday if you want to deposit money from your car. They need new employees or they need to stay open until 6 p.m. everyday Monday to Friday.

I have had both good and bad service at this bank. Overall the staff are friendly and helpful, however the drive up deposits take forever. While I understand it can get busy, it’s probably quicker to walk in and get it complete that way. I will say I have seen an improvement in customer service in the past months!

To many new faces to often . The bankers over drafted my account two times in a month simple mistake but the manager made me feel like it was all my fault then scolded me also embarrassed me in front of customers for there errors . One of the wonderful ladies who should be the manager sorted it out quickly and was accommodating also very professional and polite !

Would give zero stars if I could, customer service is horrible. Pulled a payment twice which overdrafts me & wouldn't correct the issue. Luckily a different branch was able to fix the issue

This is that last problem I will have with commerce. If the sales representative informs you of anything please get a copy of there statements or you will get surprise charges on your Account . I have been a commerce bank member for over 15 years and I have been lied to by this office and have had charges due to there misleading tactics . Please open a account somewhere else
