Century Credit Union Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis

Straight up steal your money. I deposited $70 into my account before the overdraft charge hit me and two hours later I get charged $25 because the overdraft "went through" at 6:20am. I made my deposit two hours later, but my statement didn't show any charge. Wouldn't reverse it.

Do not get a car loan through Century! We have a 2012 van, been paying on it since January 2013, they agree we have made all our payments, but still say we owe over 12k on a 19k van. Over 8 yrs of payments and somehow they think we still owe on this darn thing. 6 year loan.They give no information and will not explain why. They just say pay it.

Oh, I loved this bank until I ran into some issues with bill pay at a different bank for my credit card here. Then, I had the most rudest, incompetent, arrogant, egotistical “banker” contact me about it. Instead of assisting me in getting the issues resolved, the employee harassed me to the point I avoided contact with them. Would not recommend dealing with this bank.

Best credit union in St.Louis! They are relatively small, the staff ALWAYS remembers you and they always have awesome contests and promotions. They make you feel valued here!

I really don't like that there are only two locations and I have had issues with century credit union since I opened with them. No one ever calls back in a timely manner with important matters. I don't know how many times I have had to continuously call them back when they failed to send me documents I have needed

I bank with a different credit union, however, I use this credit union frequently as it is closer to my home and is a "shared branch," meaning I can do banking here just as I would my own credit union. The last three times I have been here, I have been charged a 2.00 fee, I am assuming it is a processing fee for using a different credit union than my own. However, I was told there were no charges or fees to use another credit union as long as it is a "shared branch." Also, the teller I have had to deal with the last couple of times has been downright rude. Maybe you get different customer service if you're actually a member of their credit union.

We have been members of Century for about 15 years. We have had multiple accounts home improvement car loans. We have never had a problem. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have advised and helped out two sons with car loans and credit cards to help establish their credit. We tell everyone to join. It's like the Cheers of financial institutions. I will never use a bank again. Thanks Century!!!

Worst bank ever! If I could give it .5-0 stars hat would be preferred. It’s always something can’t deopist from the app, no deposits supplies in night drop, can’t depoist through atm, doesn’t recognize your card has a chip in atm until you remove it then you have to renter the card, employees are rude, takes for ever for ACH to clear from account. Teller yelled at me when a week prior he same teller told me my bills were coming out, when they still hadn’t by the 30th I called back, she told me there wasn’t & isn’t pending charges and nothing was returned but yet the 25th told me something totally different. I am on my way to close my accounts. It’s always something!!!!

I changed and am more comfortable at Century. I had to change because STLCC had only Black & White personnel and I found it discriminating. Their are locations just about everywhere but other services like home buyers, etc. & ALL other Workshops are all in north St. Louis and County.

I have banked here a long time and now every one by name except the new ones. Very pleasant to work with. Have kids spot to color for contest or to hang up. Use always have popcorn popped. GREAT PLACE TO BANK!🌻🌹🌸🌺🌷🌼
