I could’ve gotten better customer service in North Korea. The guy working the counter didn’t even want to check out my earrings. He rudely told me he wasn’t interested. Place smelled bad too. Probably was that guy. He looked like he’s never showered before. Pawn shop? More like a garbage dump.

This is the best pawn shop that I have ever used. The customer service is awesome. I've pawned several things here and I've always gotten way more cash then I ever thought I would.

I bought an Ipad a few months ago anc all of a sudden it stopped working . So I had to restart everything from the beginning like set it up again and I came across the activation lock which the previous owner created it and I don’t have access to someone else’s apple ID. So I took ir back and explained the situation and they tell they cant do anything about it. They tell me to rake it to apple but I lost my receipt so apple thinks that it is stolen. Do not buy any electronics from this place. U will get ripped off. They are very disrespectful as well. They don’t know how to talk to their customers. I’m really really frustrated for not even exchanging it or help me fix the problem. I never asked for my money back, I only wanted to fix the problem but they said that they cannot do anything about it bcs they took my money and don’t care anymore.

Jack Dennison was amazing at helping me! I will always use this store from now on! Also, Sabina was very friendly and nice when helping me with my pawn items. This is a first class pawn shop, would recomnend this store to anyone, pawn and sales prices are very reasonable!

I don't need to be berated when you ask me how much I am looking to get for an item. Exact response was "aw, hell no, you crazy?" Your competitors took it for my price without issue. Just rude employees.

What a lazy staff! I walked in looking for gaming system. No one else was in the place except for me and the two employees. Neither one of them said anything to me until I asked where the gaming systems were. At that point the heavy male employee points to the back of the store and stays seated on the counter. I would’ve spent $130 on the Nintendo system but he couldn’t walk down to show me where they were and talk to me, much less pretend like he even cared. I will never go back in again.

They do not have a clue about power equipment. They sold me a stihl trimmer for 160, three months ago. I came into pawn it today I was told to start it and the lady said they weren't able to do anything for me because it didn't sound right. A bunch of bull it runs great the same as when they sold it to me. Cash America pawn shop on telegraph were happy to pawn it for me... The service was terrible even the manager was giving me funny looks like i was lieing when I was explaining i bought it from his store. I won't be back i promise

The workers they have in there now have horrible attitudes! I don't care what they are selling or how cheap their prices are until they get new workers I wont be doing business with them again! Cash Pawn doesn't even deserve the one star I gave them but had no choice otherwise I couldn't leave a review.

Horrible experience! As soon as I walked in I had a bad vibe, got up to the counter and the guy who helped me, the Assistant Manager, was very VERY rude. Took my jewelry and take about 2 mins to look at it, which I had alot so he should've taken much longer, handed it back to me and said its fake Goodbye. Which I know it's not because I cant wear anything in my ears unless its pure gold, Im highly allergic to Sterling Silver and anything else. Took my buisness else where and had no problems getting my money.

On my way to first cash I called to let them know we'd be there at 628. They close at 630. At 627 while pulling in the lot I was on the phone with the girl. She said come on in. The light said open. I walk up to the door and the guy is standing there with it locked. I showed him it was still 628. He just stared through me like I wasn't there. I even asked "do you close at 625 628 or 630? For everybody that says your phone is wrong. Why did the lady on the phone say come on in. Great way to lose business is by lying to your customers.
