Customer service at this bank is MERCILESS, staff do not care about YOU. Agents are there to CLOCK-IN & CLOCK-OUT PERIOD. Lost money because of this bank’s ridiculous mistakes and carelessness.

General banking is fine. Its a bank, whatever. 3$ for a 10$ money order from my own account is ridiculous though.

Drive up closes at 4 pm. Are you kidding me? With the lobbies at all branches closed until further notice, the drive up hours should be extended, not closed at 4 pm. Morons that don't care about their customers run this bank

This is one of the worst bank . Don't open an account here. They charge you for everything. A lot of interest charges. The worst !!!!!

Drive through is supposed to close at 1300 on Saturdays as it is posted everywhere, but they close it at 1200.
