This office is very professional and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable. I love how prompt and productive they are. Anastasia was very informative and she provided excellent customer service. The office manager Jennifer was very helpful and you can tell she’s a great manager due to how great her team is. It starts with the leader. I would definitely refer this office to all of my coworkers and friends!

This company is awful. They approved me for a $3,000 loan and told me I would get $750 up front and then once I paid off the $750 I would get the rest. Turns out that was a lie and I was stuck paying interest on 3K and only got $750. After paying there trash loan for about 6 months, in order to pay it off, I had to pay them over $2,400 and then wait for them to give me $2,250 back. They told me I would get it in 10-15 days, and it turns out, that was a lie. Then they told me 15-20 days. Time will tell if that turns out to be another lie, but I don't have too much confidence. They have yet to provide any logical reason why it takes so long for them to give me my money. It is like I am loaning them money now, only interest free. I mean, if you think about it, I paid them more than 3 times what they originally gave me up front. Payday loans have horrendous interest rates, but they are at least are somewhat transparent before they stick it in you. Sail loans just sticks it right in as they sail away with your money.

Jolie was an amazing help, she helped me in my time of need when i couldnt find anything else. It was an easy process that doesnt take long as long as you have what you need. If you have an emergency I would definitely recommend her. Also very funny and sweet, 10 out of 10 forsure.

Speedy Loans was great, now they are Sail Loans, the new policy has you only getting 25 percent of what your approved for. If you are approved for 1000 then you get 250, but you still have to pay off the 1000 before you get the other 750. All the while your paying interest on 1000. This has to be illegal. Basically they have you pay off the loan before you get the money and still charge you interest.

Don’t get a loan here they screw you they give you a loan for 1000 but only give you 250 of it then if you miss a payment they consume the 750 out of your savings and still charge you I will be contacting the better buisness bureau
