Everything was going really well until they started decreasing the hours of operation for each day. And they've done it so consistently, so much, that I cannot physically go to this bank with the hours they have anymore. I work from 8-5, Monday-Friday. Which means by the time I finish working, all these banks around are closed. I'm considering switching banks because these hours are just killing my ability to deposit or withdraw anything.
Hi there, thank you for your feedback! Our individual branch hours have changed some recently due to illness and/or staffing shortages, but we know how frustrating that can be for clients. We prefer to have consistent hours, too! I am sharing your concerns with the branch manager and our leadership as we continue to navigate these strange COVID times.

Called to arrange a specific amount of change. Was rudely told by the vault supervisor that they cant help out unless I have an account with that branch. I told her I didn’t know my account number twice and was hung up on the second time. So much for the small town atmosphere and putting the customer first. Never going back to this location.
