Honestly the best pawn shop around, hands down. The guys down there are always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and don't try to push anything on you. They always have a huge, full inventory, and amazing prices on everything. Never left that store unhappy, and I love being able to get more bang for my buck when buying items for my hobbies. All of the staff love their jobs and it shows! Pawning with them is great as well - Only had to pawn things a few times, and it's always an easy, painless experience. Well worth the drive to them, this place is the bee's knees.

I am highly disappointed. I normally have had good experiences with this pawn shop and normally I prefer to go to this pawn shop. They're usually fair and I haven't had any problems but I am shocked because I had my boyfriend take his 1000$ pure gold necklace in to pawn and the associate broke it! He supposedly was checking to make sure it was real. And then afterwards refused to take it. Even though it passed all the tests and even had receipts from Riddles where it was purchased. Of course after he broke it he said he couldn't take it makes sense. Wow I am so upset and cannot believe that this happened. I am praying that Riddles will fix it under the insurance plan that I payed for with it but who knows. I will be calling the bosses in the morning. Ridiculous

Staff was super helpful and friendly and also very patient with me as I was shopping on Christmas Eve and came in close to closing time!! I will definitely be going back, they have awesome deals on DVD regular and blu-ray! I was extremely impressed with the staff, the way the shop looked very clean and organized, and so many cool products and variety of products!! Definitely would recommend to family and friends!!!! Also I noticed that you can buy from them online which is a awesome option that I've never seen in any other pawn shops, or second hand stores!!!

Literally, the best pawn shop in town. I have been a customer for 10 years the staff is always amazing, their prices are on point. Even when I get my self into a bind with pawning, they are always doing what they can to help.

Love this place.. The employee's well not really employees, they are more like a family are very kind and down to earth people. Always have fair prices and they will make a great deal On top of that price. Have gone to many different shops and this is the only one my wife and I use now since they have opened. Even after moving away and coming back a year later they all know us by name still great customer service. Eric and Travis are great at their jobs and they love what they do. I would highly recommend this shop in all ways buying selling or pawning they are fair on it all.

My favorite pawn shop in Missoula, they always have really good stuff for good prices. If something doesn't work they make returns easy. Everytime I'm in Missoula I make sure to stop in.

I want to thank this locally owned business so much! I’ve never experienced such a warm welcoming. I didn’t know what I was doing, walked in and told them I was moving and needed to downsize. They walked me out to my car and carried everything in for me. They were fair, more than fair! In these hard times I needed to see that there is still human kindness out there. Cash 1 Pawn is the best pawn shop I have ever used. Eric and Steve are especially helpful, know customers by name, and offer exceptional service. I was in the shop on Saturday looking for a few tools and a particular rifle. Not only did Eric recognize me by name, he knew what I was looking for and was able to help me with technical details of both items. At the same time, many of the other employees were also greeting customers by name and helping everyone who walked in the door. Cash 1 Pawn has the best selection, new inventory, and helpful service that sets it apart from any other shop!

Cash 1 has become my favorite pawn shop! Super clean and organized! Ross was extremely helpful and had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced...Cute too ;) The other staff were very helpful and had amazing customer service as well! Definitely will be making this place my first stop!

Pawned, sold, and bought several items from here and I was very happy with my experiences. I was in and out the same half hour with happy faces.

About 2 months ago I found out I had to move out of a place that I've been a big chunk of my life and also took on two new jobs after being out of work for 25 years ,then gas went up a bunch, I worried about how I would get to work to make money to live on with no gas money and No one to barrow from, I don't think I'd ever pawned anything in my life and in Missoula Montana there's plenty of pawn shops ,lol, being late in the evening all of them were closed pretty much but one, that's right , lol,Cash 1, I was stressed tired and beat up by the world.i ran in the door with my little 22 rifle in my hands 10 mins.before closing time, they were kind, helpful, understanding and fun to work with! Hopefully now that I'm working again I'll be able to survive on what I make that and my disability check but if I ever have to pawn anything again I know where I'll go to the people that treated me the best ,cash one ,thank you cash one ,that $100 made all the difference !!!!!

Great service. Quality merchandise and very helpful. Convenient location for people traveling through Missoula. I dealt with the guys they call Ross and Pod and they met every single one of my needs. Great prices on outdoorsy gear. Highly recommend checking this pawn shop out.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Was able to bring my old tools in and get a good deal on them and walked out with brand new tools and some other goodies and didn’t lose much out of pocket. Very pleased with my experience will be back again

Best pawn shop in Missoula. Great selection on camping, tools, and electronics! Great staff as well! They are easy to work with on late payments. They may be a little out of town but it's worth it and also stay open till 8! The only pawn shop in town open that late! Comes in handy!!

Very patient as well as polite. thank you Chase Ross, weighted on us for 1hr never felt most respected in a store as well very unique finds. Found everything from work boots to diamond rings I personnel bout a diamond ring selling price $1,499 walked out of the store with two diamond rings and only payed $1,125 my girlfriend walked out with four rings (two diamond all gold) a bracelet, necklace & diamond charm- $796

First they have a good organized clean area with a good selection of goods, I went in here initially to try and get a loan on my Baer bow. I spoke with Joel and he gave me a good 150$ loan on the bow and they have a 30 day grace period as apposed to other pawn shops in the area, I previously took the same bow to first national pawn 2 separate times and they gave me 100$ and a 10 day grace period went their a 3rd time hoping they would give me a little more because I had a bill due and they didn’t which is why I ended up at Cash 1 Pawn! Friendly staff, upfront and honest about if they can help you get quick cash, great deals on a lot of things in their store. If you're having a problem paying your loan immediately, very good about giving extension. Will try to get the most they can for you for what you are pawning. My favorite pawn shop in Missoula in my opinion.

Best pawn shop in town!! By far the best prices for electronics hands down. My boyfriend and I picked up a 55" LED Roku smart TV for $175 perfect condition. If you buy a surplus of items, they always give you a deal; always friendly and helpful staff on duty.
