First National Pawn E Idaho St, Kalispell

As far as pawn shops go this one is not the best. They will offer you less than a fair price for your items and they are a little more expensive than other shops. As far as customer service they are average at best. Definitely shop around for your best service.

Franchise model, willing to make deals on multiple items, have never loaned, but those customers prioritized and treated with kindness/respect. Good Guitar and Pro Audion selection. Ask me for advice if you need a cheap electric axe. Have been a customer here for 20 years.

I find their prices to be pretty fair. I mostly buy DVDs for $2 and Blu rays for $5. I have gotten a weed eater and a few odd and end tools and a laptop. Never felt ripped off they were all fair prices. Got a quote on selling a rifle that I thought was low but it is a pawn shop and they need to make their money too.

I stopped in at the Columbia Falls store to look at their rifles. I am not a Montana resident and knew I couldn't buy a pistol I saw there but had already bought two hunting rifles at stores in White Fish under Montana rules. They would not sell me one. No big deal, but then I came in to see if they had a professional quality flashlight to replace one that broke and a nice young employee found one and we made a deal on it and I paid for it. As I was getting ready to leave, we started to talk about a Beretta 9mm on display and he brought it out for me to hold. I told him I wasn't legal to purchase it but thanks for showing it to me. Supposedly, the store manager then asked me to hand the pistol back and leave the store, accusing me of having a friend come in to purchase a rifle for me. I told him he was out of order and that I did no such thing. He again ordered me out then turned and went to the back room. How rude. He should be fired.

Probably the cleanest pawn shop in kalispell. More walking room between shelves stocked full. Nice guitars Drum sets etc Power tools Video games Etc etc etc And you can trust they will give u more money than most pawn shops for anything.

stuff's definitely overpriced but that's any pawn shop these days Bought multiple tools there that have not worked Staff is definitely hit or miss Only reason I gave it two stars is there is a decent guy or two in there working

I'm never going back to this place. I bring in 300$ worth of brand new gear and they offer me 20 bucks. What a joke. Their reason was because "ski season is almost over." Pfft there's over two months left! And if you ski backcountry there's like 4 months left. Do they think I'm stupid? They offered 15 bucks for BRAND NEW 200$ boots. It's like a slap in the face. These guys are con artists. Save your money and sign up for eBay.

First National Pawn is the most amazing place to pawn/buy in the Flathead Valley area. Very clean atmosphere and very helpful honest employees. Inventory that changes daily, and negotiable on every item in the store. Prices on items are very fair. Is definitely my #1 choice for buying anything from dvds to guns and tools. What a great experience to have the best Pawn shop chain right here locally.

They offer ridiculously low amount of money for near brand new gear and tools.... Also brought in a long board that has over $500 into it and had been used minimally used.... Got denied the loan because of a scratch on the bottom and got told not to bring my trash to them.... Horrible customer service. Anything pawn is a much nicer experience.

They didn't even know what silver spot price was. Had to explain to them. Then said they won't come close to spot for silver rounds. What is wrong with this town. Pawnshops buy at spot and sell at a dollar or two over spot. It's very standard. Also everything is way overpriced in there store. Some items are price more than msrp
