    Buying a “2020” GMC, which was new for us, went smoothly & FUN, thanks to Shawna Smith & company. Fixed all the USED issues timely. We bought added warranty & oil changes too. Extra $$ so this week, actually Friday, we have an appointment for dead batteries 2 days ago. Very strange. Didn’t leave anything on plus this DENALI is so automated, not sure what’s up. We thought our bonus coverage is bumper to bumper, but we’ll see what happens with this appointment as we have only owned the truck less than 2 months! To be continued….

    Highly recommend working with Corwin. Good cars, good prices and great people. These guys really take care of their customers and honor their word. We just bought a used car and had some issues that needed fixed. The third party that did the fix really messed up the car. Chandler worked dilligently to make it right and did so very politely and quickly. In addition, there were some issues with the warranty. Instead of making us deal with it and pay a bunch of extra money, Tony made sure it was cared for and covered all of it for us so we didn't have to deal with it. Not one, but two great outcomes working with Tony and Chandler at Corwin. Daniel was also a pleasure to work with during the sale of the car. He paid close attention to detail as we worked through the process. If you need to buy a car and want to have extraordinary customer care, this is the right place to go!

    The only thing I can say is that there is little inventory and vehicles that are in transit are at the mercy of others, so you don't know if or when you'll actually get the vehicle you've purchased, which I understand is out of the dealership's hands. Our salesman, Paul Anderson, did a good job of finding the vehicle we wanted, took us three tries! Hopefully it gets here soon!

    The technician either didn't know how to do his job, didn't care, or both. I took my truck in to get an estimate on front suspension/steering damage for an insurance company claim. I am very familiar with this type of work but am not able to submit my own estimate due to conflict of interest. I was told it needed a new outer tie rod end (the one that was brand new to make it mobile AFTER the accident), a rim, 4 tires, an alignment and it would be "good to go". The lower ball joint on that side is EXTREMELY loose and nearly pulled apart along with other components which are loose after the accident. None of these items were mentioned. I pointed out the ball joint, which is visibly damaged, and then he pencil whipped in some additional parts and resubmitted his "findings". I was then charged $135.00 along with a $100.00 tow bill to get it there, for an estimate i cannot use due to these unacceptable inaccuracies compared with what is truly damaged. I am very disappointed in the complete lack of caring and total disregard for my time and money. If this is an indication of the type of repair work that comes out of a supposed "reputable" GM dealership, I fear to think of the resources from hard working people which are wasted by choosing to have their vehicle serviced at Corwin Motors.

    The fact that my 6 month old 2021 Silverado 3500HD with 7700 miles quit without warning is disappointing. The fact that the engine quit again 45 minutes into my trip after being “fixed” is disturbing. I was traveling at 65 miles an hour towing my camper when the engine quit without warning. No lights, no chimes, no gauges out of limits. The power steering and power brakes were inoperative. I was on a two lane highway with narrow shoulders. I feel that this failure placed me in an unsafe situation. My previous truck was a 2007 Duramax, this one appears to be a 2021 Duramin. Everyone one at Corwin Motors was very helpful and did the repair according to Chevy maintenance specifications. Chevy roadside assistance was a joke. We waited over 4 hours for the tow. They even admitted that they failed to place the original request for a tow. This is a total failure by Chevrolet to provide a reliable product.

    If you’re looking for a vehicle this is the place to go! I can’t say enough good things about Corwin motors and it’s employees. Joe and Caleb did an outstanding job and actually did everything they said they would. I reached out to Corwin motors after another Chevy dealership failed to deliver a truck after months of lies and put me in a bind. Joe the manager and Caleb beard were very professional and handled everything over the phone, in two days I was on a flight to Kalispell to pick up my new truck. When I walked into the dealership they had everything ready and in 5 minutes I was out the door. I couldn’t believe it! Normally when I’m at a dealership I have to sit around and wait for them even after the paperwork is complete. Keep up the good work guys!

    Worst experience ever! We came in looking to purchase a vehicle. Salesman couldn't give us a price. When we asked inside, they weren't anymore helpfu gave us the sticker price without any sales pricel. They initially brought us in store saying having big sales event. but when asked for best price, they gave us the sticker price plus doc fees. Would not recommend. Seemed like to us they were just in it for a sale.

    I have taken my truck to Corwin 5 different times for the same issue, spark plugs kept fouling out. Each time there was a different cause. The second to last time I was told my top end needed rebuilt. So I had them do it. Almost a year later I was having the same issue, spark plugs again. The last time they told me I needed a whole new motor. Now if they knew this without taking anything apart how did they not see it when they rebuilt my top end? Corwin is as crooked as a Montana logging road. I will never step foot into their establishment if I can help it, and I will not recommend them to anyone.

    Frenchie aka Remi was the best salesman we could have asked for. We had a vehicle blow a motor while on vacation and he made the process as painless as possible. He also understood that we were on vacation and didn't want to be wasting time in a dealership. He hustled, and even ran from his desk to other parts of the office trying to speed everything up. Wish we lived closer so we could do more business. The dealership also gave us a very fair trade offer for our vehicle with the blown motor.     Buyers beware!!! I purchased a new 2017 GMC from Eisinger Motors which is now Corwin Motors. I have been hounded by Telemarketers hired by Corwin offering me $10 off an oil change. The last few weeks or so I have been getting the calls daily! I have called Corwin to tell them to stop calling me and the calls keep coming. I block the calls each time but my phone still let’s them leave voicemails even though the phone doesn’t ring. If you don’t want to deal with that type of annoying telemarketing for years to come after you buy a vehicle there I would look elsewhere.

    Not sure what the follow up survey is for still waiting for an appointment to get my suburban in to be fixed. Head of the service department contacted me almost two months ago to say he would personally get it in to be fixed because it has already been in three times in the past year and a half and still isn’t fixed but haven’t heard from him since.

    Good experience. Everyone was very kind and professional. Especially Danny who i asked to explain to me what we were going to do for my truck like three times. He was very patient. I believe the other guy I interacted with was Travis? On the oil change side, can’t 100% remember. He was great. He even answered my toddlers questions about the tires and batteries in the room. I wish I could remember the initial salesman’s name, (he was new, had only worked there about 3 weeks) and Mike Boger was his right hand man! I told them how much I wanted to spend, and not once did they try to get me into something out of my price range. They were professional, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect!!     Bought a car from corwin yesterday. Today went to use the windshield fluid. Didn't work, so I checked it. It's frozen solid. Called to let them know, and they admitted that they had most likely put summer fluid in and not replaced it. Told me there was nothing they could do except wait for it to thaw. It's January. Very nice people for the most part, but very different than service I've received from subaru and other dealerships. Not thorough with their inventory.

    I ran into an issue with tires that I bought for my Chevy 2500 HD at this dealership and when I got back to my primary home in another state it was brought to my attention to these were incorrect tires for the truck. I contacted Corwin motors About the issue and Danny and Chris jumped on it to resolve the problem right away and corrected it in a proper manner. I will always use and have always used Corwin motors service department for my vehicles when im in Montana.

    Truck was taken in Friday for a 30,000 mile service. Engine oil was changed and was over 60% so change wasn’t needed. They rotated my winter tires which only had 50O miles at the most since Les Schwab put them on. An Email was sent and went to junk file. ZERO other attempt at calling me to check about truck. Saturday I went to dealership got truck taken care of by Matt. Thanks Matt! However now the fan motor has something wrong and needs fixed. Loosing faith in Corwin very quickly at this point.

    Brought my suburban in for a factory recall, everything went fine except the recorded my vehicle mileage (which is in km on my vehicle) as miles instead of KM, which will report as a mileage discrepancy on a vehicle report. When i called them about it they refused to correct it.

    While traveling from Denver to Glacier National Park we stopped in for an oil change and fuel filter change on our 2020 Sierra Duramax on a Friday morning. We noticed that morning when we started the truck the check engine light stayed on. The tech noticed the DEF was leaking all underneath the truck, caused by a hole in the system. They ordered the parts and would call us to schedule - we were scheduled for 8:00 am Tuesday. Service was completed within a couple of hours (Entire exhaust system replaced) at no cost to us and we were back on the road. Great Service with great communication

    had an appointment for 8am- drove 90 miles and arrived 10 minutes early- at 1130 asked why my pickup had not been even moved from where I parked it. They moved it in quickly but then spent the next 4.5 hours to do 1.5 hours work on it. When they handed me my keys, they said they did not have time to do 2 of the items on the list- they had the parts but no time- so after a day spent (11.5 hours including driving time) my pickup still needs worked on

    I love my car but the people there were not very nice. They had my car advertised with the all weather floor mats and running broads that were not attached yet but it did not come with either. The manager said you can take it or leave in a very snotting way and walked off. Then the vehicle did not come with a full tank of gas and the sales man goes we only fill up new purchases not pre-owned. I won't be doing business with them again.

    Best dealer service experience I've had. If it wasn't so expensive relative to other repair shops I'd give it a 9 or 10. I understand it's a big organization and "premium" service, but it seems 30-50% higher than comparable repairs at another shop.     I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I also had an extended warranty policy that stated I was allowed one set of windshield wipers under the policy. The lube center staff called the insurance company to verify that there would be no charge for the new wipers. I appreciated this service along with a very speedy oil change. Excellent service!

    I was looking for a car for my oldest son and saw a car at Corwin that I was interested in. Mike McLean was the salesman that got in touch with me right away. Personable - not pushy, honest, up front and he actually listened to what my very specific search criteria was. Turned out that the vehicle I was interested in came in on trade, but had not been inspected yet. Mike called me back the day they finished inspection and the car did not meet Corwin standards. Mike said it was going to auction and they could not make the deal. Integrity - such a rare quality it seems today. I was very impressed by this and it shows good core values for both Mike and Corwin Motors. Because of my narrow search, it took me a few months to find what I was looking for. Mike continued looking for what I wanted and touched base (appropriate/not bothersome) to see where I was.     Corwin purchased a vehicle from me, said they really needed it that day, and that I would receive my check in four days, only because two different people who sign it needed to be there at the same time. I said OK, gave them the vehicle, and got a ride home. 12 days later, I finally received my payment after getting the run around from employees who blamed me for misunderstanding them. There is nothing to misunderstand here -if you take my car, pay me for it. Especially in the timeline promised by the dealership. Seems simple? I'd recommend Don K or Kalispell Toyota as far superior local dealers, I've purchased from both and had wonderful experiences yet would hesitate to make a purchase even at the vending machines at Corwin

    Corwin did a multi-point inspection on my truck and I didn't get 11 miles away from the dealership and my body axle area broke- snapped off and my tire flew twenty feet away and caused me to hit the ditch. I don't think that Corwin expected my vehicle enough or even drove my truck to make sure that it was driveable off the lot safely. "I don't think the vehicle was driven or inspected enough around the axel area because it was snapped off of the vehicle driven only 11 miles away"

    Had the service department replace lifters, rocker arms, motor mounts, and front brake pads. Now my car is leaking oil out of the timing cover, they claimed they never touched the timing cover,but on there work order it states" tighten timing chain guide bolts" which are located all the way down by the crankshaft you have to remove the timing cover to get to them, they claim no responseability, and want $2000 to fix it after charging me 1689 the first time. So they are either dumb or just blatant Liars do not take a vehicle to them ever do not purchase anything from them ever. I do my own work 12 years proffesionally as mechanical technician and they tried to scam me.

    Before using Corwin Kalispell ask a friend, coworker, or person in front of you at the grocery store if they’ve been to Corwin. That should be enough to detour you. If not keep reading…. One word… Patriarchy. If you are a woman and want the best deal, experience, and customer service stay in the car or go somewhere else. From the first phone call until I walked out of the showroom, I felt dismissed. We purchased a brand new vehicle and the engine failed due to the lifters collapsing at 4,000 miles. Corwin initially offered a loner vehicle during the repair of our new vehicle, but then refused as we decided not to take their buy back offer. Don’t buy the Corwin Advantage Program (CAP)”. Take your $399 across the parking lot to Town Pump and put it in a slot machine or light it on fire. Both are bigger rewards for your money than the CAP. We fell for the CAP scheme and were unable to use any portion of the program because our engine failed shortly after the first complimentary oil change. We sold the vehicle immediately after it was fixed. Corwin refused to provide a full refund for the oil changes that we prepaid for and instead gave us less than 1/3 of our money back. Go somewhere else, you’ll be glad you did!

    The salesman did his best. Finance ran my credit so many times that it took a major dump. Aside from loosing my first contract Finance had me do a second contract like the first one just magically disappeared. Asking for answers was treated rude by sales management and Finance. Finally after they received the funding and my temporary was expired over 2 weeks for both I was able to register my vehicle. Their attempt to win my customer loyalty back was to have me pay more for another vehicle the same year , more mileage, and less features. Hope you are treated better.

    I really debated putting a review up, and really do wish it wasn't public. However, I do know that my experience with Corwin was not great. To make a long story short I went in buying a new car for the first time by myself. Obvisoulsy I understand that car salesman have to make a living, and need to make things sound like a great deal when they really are not. However, I firmly believed that I was directly lied to about the price of my trade in and the price of the car I bought.I signed a paper and agreed to pay a certain price per month, and once the deal was all said and done, my payment ended up being $38 dollars more than what I agreed to. It may not seem like a lot, but still I was way over that I wanted to pay per month to begin with, but got talked into more. Further, I reached out to my salesman, Shawn, obviously upset, to which he turned to me over to the owner. The owner tried to explain that getting the new car at the marked value was actually a great price, because they "don't mark up their cars, and sell them at the going rate." Flash forward to now, my truck that I traded in is marked up $4,000.... I am not surprised, but obviously what the owner told me was a lie. When I went in to finish my deal, my salesman did not approach me once, and instead just sat at his desk, knowing that I was unhappy with my deal. I felt that someone making that much commission off a full priced car would at the very least say hello. I also noticed in the sale add, that many of my personal belongs such as purse and wallet were in the pictures they had taken of the inside of my truck. Meaning they were taking pictures of the inside of my vehicle long before I had agreed to sell it to them. I felt this was pushing the boundaries. Lastly, I had issue with the payment on my trade in loan, showing up on time. I called and left 10 voicemails asking for.a call back about the status of the payment, and not one phone call was returned. I even had a man answer the phone and promised to call back within 5 minutes, that I never heard from again. I had to ask for work off early, to personally go in to get help. Very disappointed on all ends of the deal.Again, I didn't want to put this publicly because I know many people have had positive experiences with them, but I also wanted to explain to the dealership why I was so upset. There is no option to review not publicly.

    Waited 2 hours for my oil to be changed. Apparently an appointment means nothing here!… also, if you go in to get a recall repaired, you have to have all the supporting info. Apparently their technicians don’t know how to pull that info up out of their computer (Even after calling me for months to come in and get it repaired 🙄)

    I brought my truck in to have 120,000 mile service. Made appointment. Brakes were squealing so needed those checked out. He told me everything looked great and didn't see any issues. Got call truck was done. As soon as I picked up brakes still squealing, so I went and got my own pads and did myself because rotors were still in great shape. Squealing gone. The service I got was suppose to grease chassis as well and while I took my front tires off to do brakes not one of my grease zirks were touched at all. Is this normal practice????? They are empty and dry. Went and got a grease gun to do that myself as well. Ripping people off??? I hope this issue gets resolved in the service department. Will lead to costly repairs to people not mechanically inclined to know what to look for. Could cost them COSTLY repairs on ball joints, tie rods, pitman arm, ujoints, etc.....

    When you go to there website and you put in your trade info and they give you an estimate of 35-39 thousand. Get there in persons and you get lip service on how they only pay what fair condition no matter how nice the trade is which is 31-32. The guy was nice enough but nothing special about this place.

    The entire service group does a very good job of getting your issues resolved. The service advisor and technician I use for my 6 Chevy’s Silverado’s is outstanding. Services or repairs done quickly and correctly the first time. Honesty and integrity is just part of the excellent customer service I receive. I am very pleased with the Corwin Chevrolet service dept.

    Needed to get my oil changed and as long as you have an appointment it is quick. Otherwise the wait can be lengthy. They even gave me a card for a free car wash but did not vacuum out my vehicle at all.

    Had an emergency situation and my vehicle got dropped off around 11:30pm at the dealership. I checked with them 1st thing in the morning and they got right on it and had me back on the road by afternoon.     I got a great deal on a used truck. Sales people were extremely helpful and easy to work with. But I had a long wait picking my new truck up, because it needed a windshield replacement . I think that it could have been done quicker , since they started the process the day before and it wasn't until 5 pm the next day when the truck was ready.

    Service was terrible! I was treated like I didn’t know anything about my vehicle and the service person was rude at best. I was told “we can’t find anything wrong, but my tech owns a vehicle like this and he says it’s normal”. That was the diagnosis of my vehicle!! I took it to another shop that was immediately able to diagnose it was the U Joints. This is NOT the first time I have been treated with absolute disrespect by the service department. When I tried to call and talk to someone about the service I was told “I don’t know who to have you talk to”. Won’t ever go back for service or to buy a vehicle.
