First Interstate Bank Main St, Billings

I have banked at FIB for over 40 years (when it was Pioneer Bank) and it was the best bank I had ever banked at , by far. Donna Newell was the best bank employee ever. Then I moved to Arizona and have had nothing but hell with their App. I have 2 other bank apps and never have any problems. " Your device is not registered" has started many bouts of frustration.

Your new policy to get a cashier check is flawed it causes a small business to pay taxs twice on the same money u have to deposit it in to your account then withdraw it now ill have to account for that cash in my account. Closing my account you guys suck

I have had my Bank account here since 1980. I have gotten many loans and had great experience with all the staff. The Staff been there a long time.

The most shady racketeering bank I have ever dealt with. Avoid......Avoid......Avoid!!!!!!

Not sure what the negative comments are about....this branch, as well as every other FIB location is great. The employees are always on the ball, very polite and get the things you need done completed as quickly as they can. We have had many accounts always taken care of, home ownership questions answered, vehicle VINs ran (which saved our butts!) and much more. Best bank ever, wouldn't go anywhere else.

They reopened a closed account, overdrafted it $1500 then I found out after they sent me a letter showing the negative balance and several late fees on top of it. Employee at branch and customer service were rude and it took me countless hours to ‘rectify’, and I still had to come out of pocket to avoid collections. Worst bank I’ve ever had.

It's a decent bank, nothing bad to say here, just nothing remarkable either.
