Valley Credit Union Main St, Billings

I have been a member of VFCU and the Heights branch since the late 1970's. The staff thru out the years have been excellent to deal with and one really does feel like family there. My latest needs were taken care of promptly and my visit not only handled what I needed but I had a very nice time doing what I needed to accomplish. I always send people to Valley. The entire crew at VFCU Heights deserves the highest rating possible. They are much appreciated by me.

The staff at the Heights location deserves a 10 star rating. Every single time I needed help, or had questions they were addressed professionally and with courtesy. All of them, Christy, Amber and Darby are Fantastic.

Valley has been our bank for years. Awesome to work with. Several loans over the years with the last being done over the phone out of state and done in 20 min due to credit score. Signed paperwork when we got back in town. Great employees. Always a hometown feel. Thank you!

The friendly staff are so helpful. I do most of my banking at Valley. My husband and I have had several loans there and the process was fast and easy. In the lobby or drive through the wait is minimum.

I've had an account with Valley since 1980 when they gave me a loan when no one else would. We recently got a loan in a matter of minutes for a new hot tub which went seamlessly.

Absolutely the worst bank I've ever delt with . And my views don't come from the years of experience I have useing this bank . It comes from one employee named Christy Zander . Rude , ignorant , snide ; these are the most professional words I can come up with . .
