First Financial Bank US, Kingwood

Very impressed with First Financial Bank. We are just getting started with building a home and they are assisting us with a construction loan. Berkley Lassiter has been exceptional with communication.

First Financial Bank has been an amazing bank to work with (in particular this branch). They provide an unmatched partnership for personal and/or business needs. They (bankers and support staff) are been very helpful for the last 2 yrs that I have banked here. Everyone that works here are friendly and customer minded.

One of the worst experiences. I didn't not expect the bank to be so poorly staffed. The manager was very condescending. Poor excuse for a manager. His attitude was very unprofessional and childish. I did not expect a middle man to act like such a little girl

First Financial is a great bank with very competent staff. Opening my new account here was a pleasure. I had several concerns and circumstances and all my issues were resolved quickly. All aspects of my needs were explained carefully with professionalism. What a relief. Thank you to the friendly staff at First Financial, I look forward to working with you for years to come!

This bank has been bought out by First Financial now as of March 19th, but either way I have never experienced such horrible customer service as this bank and its employees have provided my wife and I. Everyday we find new rules that were not disclosed to us prior to opening a construction loan with them. The individuals who handle our account are next to impossible to reach, and have no desire to work with us to get past their bank imposed impediments. The bank has no sense of urgency in paying out draws, and require ridiculous hoops to be jumped through, and forget about them returning your calls. I have already had one contractor refuse to do any more work with me on account the bank has made it so difficult to be paid. I can't say that I blame him. If you are a consumer or a builder, I HIGHLY recommend finding another bank with better customer service, more upfront policies, and better communication.

Great people to work with. The staff is always quick to respond to our needs. Friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience with First Financial.
