I went today to sell a guitar, the guy who”help” me was very rude and treat me like I was waisting his time,then he ask me how much I wanted for the guitar? I ask him how much you offer me instead?(cause I didn’t know the value or how a pawnshop works)he laughed and said “I’m not offering you anything cause I’m not interested” I felt so humiliated so I just walked away !!!

Great customer service. They are very knowledgeable about guns and are very helpful. They are honest about what kind of deal you are getting and the value of the gun you are buying. I have bought at least 10 guns there over the years. When I buy guns there I always check around for prices first and I still haven't seen one that is overpriced there.

Cary you are the best man. Your customer service will keep me coming back. I went to find out about the FFL just about closing time and saw an item I like. Instead of push me out the door like the previous shop did, Cary explain the purchase option to me step by step and that put it over the top for me. I told him I would come back the next day to get what I wanted. Thanks again.

We ordered an item and had it delivered here. The phone calls were done quickly and we're very friendly. When we went in to pick it up the two men there were professional and friendly also. It took only a few minutes to check us out. After we were done they remained friendly and hoped we would return. The two men were also friendly to the other two couples that were in the store with us.
