First Convenience Bank US, Marble Falls

I have never had any problems with this bank until recently. Money was transferred out of my account and put towards another account and the bank told he there was nothing they could do for me. I am very upset because all my money from my account was taken from me and no one could help me. I’m very disappointed with this bank and their customer service over the phone.

This is the best bank I've ever been at. They have found and stopped charges from going through that I didn't make. They give me a temporary card to use while waiting for the permanent one. No complaints whatsoever!!!! Keep up the good work!!!?

Charges were made on my account by someone who had my debit number. FCB denied the charges and called me immediately. They look out for me, and I like that.

Terible bank over drafting my account multiple times. I'm sick and tierd of paying for things that I didn't spend money on. So today is the last time they drain my account for no reason.

This is by far the most unprofessional piece of trash of a bank ever. They won’t release monies to me that came through cash app. When I called they said it’s not their problem. The two females I spoke with were disrespectful and seemingly uneducated and one of those poor excuses of a female even hung up on me. I will be seeking legal actions against this bank. To all who reads these reviews. Take heed. This bank is operated by crooks. Be warned!!!

Awful customer service. I do not bank with them but stopped by to have a small bill broken because customer service in Walmart was packed full of return merchandise customers. The teller proceeded to tell me they do not break cash for non customers of the bank! Really!? Its cash.. you are a bank! Isn't that part of your business? I will never be a customer for sure!!

I called this bank for some very basic information and they asked me for a tax ID number over the phone. The phone - where anyone with a scanner can intercept that information! I told them to stuff it. Would they want my date of birth and mother's maiden name over the phone next? Why not simply advertise "IDENTITY THEFT SERVICES" too? Not only is requiring a TAX-ID for basic information a VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW, - it is extremely perilous to the customer. This bank gets an "F" rating for "FAIL". From the slew of other negative posts I've read about them - the "F" rating is well earned.

Just terrible! Been going to check the balance and come out with I can't. Just awful service.!! Would definitely NOT recommend this bank.!👎
