I had a feeling the second I spoke to Ray, I would be driving away with a vehicle from them. I was right! Ray was very honest and upfront about my situation and he didn't sugarcoat things. I appreciated that more than anything. My credit is far from stellar thanks to my divorce, but he found a vehicle that suited me PERFECTLY. Edit: I’m updating my review from five to four stars because I’ve had quite a few issues with the vehicle since I got it, but I’m hopeful a resolution will happen very soon.

Auto world is run by a bunch of crooks who have no compassion. All their vehicles are lemons, when you drive off the lot the dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree cuz they falsify what's wrong with the car and clear the codes and pretend like you're getting a good car. Got two cars from them both of them had serious issues. If I was you I would stay away!

I simply had a great experience here.  I got a sweet car at the best rate possible with my credit situation.  Craig assisted me with vehicle selection and it was easy. I had assistance from Ben, and Louis as well.  They stayed late for me and made sure everything was good.  Craig offered to fill my gas tank up but it was already full, so instead, he said he would throw in a storage rack for the top of my new vehicle. 😁 Overall great experience.  Would recommend.   Thanks to Ben for taking care of financing as well.  I'm happy, and am looking forward to future business with Louis, Craig and Ben, thanks so much
