Best Little Pawn Shop 9th St, Marble Falls

Best little pawn shop is a great shop full of excellent employees. I've done a far amount of business with them over purchasing firearms. Their customers service is great and prices are far with hardly any markup on new firearms. Today I went in about thirty minutes before closing time to buy a new edition to my collection. They stayed after closing hours to make the deal happen. Highly recommend them.

I have been shopping here for a few years, I have a long list of purchases that went great and some that were not as good but the employees make sure to resolve the problems I have had quickly and smoothly! I’ve visited here 3x and have had a positive experience each time. The first time in I was curious about what a pawn shop really does. The employees (there were 2 this day) and I didn’t catch a name. But both answered my questions with patience and enthusiasm. The 2nd time in I pawned a vintage silver bracelet. A lady named Bernadette helped me, she was very professional and knowledgeable about jewelry. I left feeling really good about the transaction! Most recent 3rd visit, I was looking for a gaming system, ended up getting a PS4 for a great price! A young man named Zack helped me and I was super impressed by his knowledge (I don’t play video games, but my son does), and his willingness to answer all my questions was really helpful! My son loved the birthday gift! Thank you all for your help! Best Little Pawn Shop! Is just that, the BEST!

In my original review for this business, I was pretty harsh after receiving a California-compliant version of the firearm that I purchased. The people at Best Little Pawn Shop reached out to me and were able to explain that this situation was due to a nationwide shortage of the handgun I purchased. I purchased a Glock 17, specifically a MOS variant. It turns out that this model is or was out of stock nationwide at the time of this review. The only reason I was able to purchase one is due to Best Little Pawn Shop's warehouse. They receive stock of the California-compliant SKU so that they can still offer it to their customers. I really appreciated that they reached out to me. They also offered to set me up with a solution so that I wouldn't need to use the 10 round magazines with the weapon. The commitment to customer service is commendable.

I’ve had some ruff times over the past couple of years. And I’ve had to pawn things to keep the bills paid. They have always given me a good deal. Often loaning me more than I asked for. Also there were time I forgot about due dates. They have called to let me know so I didn’t lose stuff. They could have just as easily forfeited my loan and resold it. I’ve always gotten my stuff back the same condition as it was. Great staff even when I was rude to them. I would give them ten stars. Great place, good people

I've only used Best Little Pawn as an FFL when purchasing a gun online but I have to say these people have been great! Hard to believe that a pawn shop will give you better service than the local gun stores but that's been my experience so far. I will definitely use them again!

The folks here are very friendly, honest, fair & great to work with. There offers for my gold & silver are always very good and in line w/market values. They made selling my old rings very easy. They give you an offer, if it isn't what you want, there is NO pressure. I will give them my business again. Satisfied Repeat Customer

I have been dealing with Best Little Pawn Shop in Marble Falls,Texas since they opened up. They are the best pawn shop in Burnet County. They will give you the best deals, there employee’s are nice and very friendly . I deal with Zach and Josh lot , keep up the work Best little pawn shop

Beautiful staff, 5 stars just for that :) Great layaway plan for bigger more expensive items with just 10% down! I have personally seen the employees give a discount on items that haven't sold for some time to make room for more items. The discounts are always appreciated, one of the first times I shopped here at the Best Little Pawn Shop they had 40% off all items for a week except on the guns and ammo. I took advantage of the layaway plan that week! I like how they have music playing in the back ground, and the pawn shop is always clean. I was surprised the staff will say hello on your way in and have a nice day on your way out, thank god for small businesses.

To be fair, this is one of my favorite pawn shops in the area. Friendly employees, good prices, and willing to work with you on anything. Never have I walked in and not been greeted, and if I find something that I may be willing to purchase, I’m helped right away, and sent in my way with no regret in mind of my purchase. By far, the best little pawn shop.
