First Community Title Co W Central Texas Expy, Harker Heights

I sold two properties using fct on 2-1-22 and was to be paid by fct on 2-2-22. As of 2-6-22, I have not received my funds. I'm now wondering if I just got ripped off by fct. I have not heard from them as of 2-6-22.

Sent a email to Sascha Howard and never got a response back. Just like we closed on our home and had to wait 5 business days for funding on a wired transfer. They will try and blame your realtor for their mistakes. I’d go elsewhere if I were you, unless you like waiting on the money they owe you cause of their bad business ethics! Retired, Marine

The staff is superb, Cheyenne W. was awesome to deal with. She is knowledgeable, understanding, responsive, and kind. Cannot imagine working with anyone else. I cannot put into words the satisfaction that we have had in working with First Community Title, Harker Heights for our home closing needs. The bomb! Very satisfied with service. I take one star from them because they missed some documents and I had to alter my work schedule to go sign documents again the next day which I have to make time up. However, they truly deserve five stars.

Awesome and quick signing on closing day!!!

I have been there one time, but have spoken with several employees within a couple of months. I had to take an escrow check to Temple, but was able to drop it off at the Harker Heights office in Texas. I have never, ever had a bad experience there. They are TRUE TEXANS.

Staff is nice but as a real estate professional I did not have a pleasant experience selling a few homes with them. Lack of communication not just with me the investor but our agent. They also had trouble closing in a timely manner. Very incompetent when any issue arises. These transactions were not creative. I had to come back to title multiple times for things they forgot and they also miss allocated funds being dispersed to the survey company. 3 stars are generous.

This team helps my real estate transactions run smooth and they always keep me up to date. Veronica is my go to for any questions, Brena and Samantha keep me on schedule, Sascha is so thorough with all closing questions.
