    There's a teller at the FCCU Des Peres location that is a real treat to work with. Her name is Madison and she handles my banking needs with quickness and accuracy. Sometimes we don't always get the best customer service in main-stream America, but she consistently rises above basic expectations. She's easy to deal with, has a friendly demeanor, and always greets me with a gentle smile. Thank you FCCU for having competent employees. It's nice to see quality employees on the front lines.

    Very misleading financial institution. I got refinanced my home with them but I would not recommend them to anyone. They will charge you tons of hidden fees. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR CHECKING AND SAVING: direct deposits got rejected 3 times for no reason. TOTAL WAST OF TIME

    Absolutely incredible service a super nice staff member called me and offered A way to save money on A loan incredible initiative I’ve been doing business with them for years and this is why give them a try they have the best service and the best rates in town by a mile!!

    I have had a few dealings with First Community and none of them good. Most recent was today. Received a check for my son for his birthday. The check was from a person who holds a First Community account. Because I don't have an account and was unwilling to open one, they couldn't cash my check. Seriously? The check is from YOUR credit Union, obviously you can check if it is fraudulent. First Community keeps assuring me my business and that of my family is better done elsewhere.

    I called for a car loan and spoke with the branch manager. I live 10 minutes from work and had an approval and letter of approval in my email before I arrived at work. I am very busy and the amount of legwork that was taken care of for me in this deal was awesome.
