Our first conversation was wonderful & I felt that he was the real deal and could help us repair some credit inconsistencies. It was pretty quick I noticed he was not near as eager to follow up, provide updates, check in or just simply keep us in the loop. I am big on communication & I like to know what's going on. Every month same scenario, I asked how things were going, I wasn't seeing any progress & each time different excuses. His dog was dying, he had a death in the family, he hurt his back, He had a wrong email address, credit agencies changed policies. I'm a sympathetic person of course I don't want to be a jerk, but when you've paid someone $850 you want results or at least basic communication. I asked for our agreement to be canceled & asked for a complete refund because he could not provide one piece of work he had done. He refunded us $150 and has not responded to any other requests. I hope no one else gets taken by Charlie and this company.

Great company. I called had a few questions which ultimately led to a 30 minute conversation about how I can do things to manage my money correctly in regards to my credit. They didn’t try to sell me anything and it was like taking to a family member. I will only use this company for now on when I need it simply due to their business ethics and respect to my personal business. I had all my questions answered very thoroughly and was impressed again they didn’t want a thing from me unless I felt comfortable.

Charlie is thorough, patient, and professional when working with clients. He walked me through discrepencies in my personal credit history and aspects of student loans that I didn't understand. I highly suggest his services if you're a student, or someone who needs further understanding of your credit history and ways of managing it, moving forward.

Excellent guidance, monthly reporting and communication. Charlie is pleasant to talk to and will give you constructive point on where to better things on your personal side and they will reflect on your credit report. Worth the patience and the investment.

PCC is the real deal. None of us normally mess our credit up overnight so we can't expect someone to fix it in a day but if you're willing to give Phoenix time to work they are experts in this area. I used them about 4 years ago and was featured on TV speaking about my experience and I can personally tell you that they take pride in raising people's credit scores as if it's their own

When I first started working with Charlie, he was very communicative and thorough. I felt I could trust him. Then, as some months passed, he stopped communicating. Within two months, I was the only one reaching out, asking what next steps were. Charlie apologized for this at the end of May and refunded me for a month. Between then and August, I heard from him once. I cancelled my services on August 18 because I’d emailed and called with no response, after waiting to hear back for approximately a month. He refunded me for the months of August and July; however, I am still being charged, despite cancelling. The least I expect when paying anyone for their services is a base level of communication. I was extremely patient with Charlie’s lack of communication, and that was my fault. It should have been obvious when I hadn’t heard from him in over a month in May that the organization and professionalism were lacking. Beyond that, the fact that I’m STILL being charged - which has literally never happened to me after cancelling a service - should tell you all you need to know about the quality of this organization. Literally, all Charlie did was send the debt verification letters, which I later found out we could have done ourselves through the myFICO app. Save yourself the time, money and energy, unless you want to pay someone else to ghost you and take your money.

Charlie was absolutely excellent and so incredibly knowledgeable. He helped us tremendously and could not say enough good things about him and his team. Truly changed our life. Thanks Charlie!
