Charles Ferrara is AMAZING! We have worked with him for the past 7 years, while buying 3 different houses. I would highly recommend him. I would not recommend any veteran use this organization. Their handling of VA procedures is marginal at best. Mr Brian Cross the region manager does not follow up as promised. Look out for constant surprises expecially just a day before closing with unexpected costs added.
