The customer service I received from Dana and David was most definitely above and beyond! They honestly stopped what they were doing to handle a situation that could of cost me wayyy more in the long run, but with their eagerness and quick response they were able to help my outcome and saves me tons! I can not say thank you enough. They really represent this company by showing their clients that they are not alone in this process. I appreciate you both from the bottom of my heart! Reps are super nice + professional. They are knocking off debt quickly and only been in group for 3 months!! Great job guys.!

They claim that they represent you as a client and even charge a high fee to reserve the right to say so. However when they are needed to confirm that they indeed do represent you they will pass you off to the next in line. However they will all state that they can not in fact represent you. So although thankful for the settlements they have made on my behalf. I'm very disappointed in the lack of real representation provided to me for the fees aquired from me. To represent someone is to be speak on their behalf when asked to do so, not when you feel it's appropriate. If you are aquiring a fee from a client, to represent said client and that client asks you to join them on a call. Then you join them on that call! Why? Because that's what representation is and that's what you are being paid to do.....

Since the very first day of joining this program I never had a problem. Very easy to talk to the people and they are always very helpful! I would definitely recommend this program to others!

My credit score didn’t suffer as bad as I thought and now I am on my last two accounts. Feels really good to know a company helped me achieve this goal. They did all the heavy lifting. Not very pleased. Was in their debt settlement program for 3-3/12yrs for about $20,000 debt with three different companies. I paid a little over $17,000 to them to settle the debts. They settled the debts for less than $10,000. Basically I saved $3K over 3 1/2 years to them. Then when it was time for them to pay back any extra money that I have saved with them, they sent me a $800 check and charged me an additional $1,100 to settle my last debt.

I would never expect that this Financial Integrity Co. I registered with is so legit and of superb quality of services. Reps who entertained a client like me especially the account managers were very kind and supportive, and their work ethics were very professional. I would surely recommend this company to others who mostly needed these type of services. I am a very happy and satisfied client.

Everyone at financial integrity group has been extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Truly professional & understanding when it comes to working with debt and look forward to settling all my accounts with them. Brittany has been very helpful in making sure I am on track with all my accounts.

It was a long process but I was assured along the way that things would get better and better days are finally here, my credit score has already started to rise even before graduating and the process was easy to manage. Today I spoke to Brittany who was more than understanding that my unemployment benefits were being stolen by a hacker. She was empathetic and helpful. I more than appreciate this as life has been giving it to me, and well most of the country as well. Her kindness made an emotional and embarrassing call a lot easier on what is usually a very stressful call. Thanks. 3/30 Today I spoke with Gloria. Gloria was so kind and understanding of the many hardships I am going through with my disabilities and also with my problematic family and lack of work. We talked for almost twenty minutes and she really helped set my mind at ease. It really helps the situation to have such a compassionate representative when I am going through so much both mentally and physically. I could not be more satisfied with this consolidation company as they are being so understanding with my situation. I had spoke to a Angela prior to this and she has also worked with me and ESL to try to resolve my financial issues.
