American super pawn is a really good institute for pawning and selling. It is also a really good Institute for buying products that you need to add a lower discounted price. Even though a lot of items seem like they’re close to retail price they’re cheaper than what they are. Their staff and owner is fantastic and very kind. If they don’t know something then they research and learned. Their layaway system is amazing and they’re able to help you if you need help with anything. I definitely recommend this location because of their business practices and fantastic selection. Thank you so much to you the staff and the owner

I always come to this pawn shop. When talking about Pawn shops, you immediately think, quality pre-owned items at a high price. When you come to America’s Super Pawn you get quality pre-owned items and brand new items at almost a wholesalers price. The employees are super nice and try to work with you, whether buying or selling. I’ve been doing business with them for about six years now and I won’t trust pawning my gold, when I’m low on cash, or buying gold from anyone else. Amazing people, prices, and items.

I've been to pawn shops in the past but this one I will always keep coming to. The associates are always looking out for their customers, the facility is kept above standards, and their communication skills are among the best I have seen, but there is one and only one that grabs my attention each time, every time, all the time. Now I don't smile very much because that's just how I am, but this one associate, this kind sweet hearted, beautiful being is capable of making me smile the minute I walk through the door every single time (or it's because I see the sign on the floor) Now that's the kind of customer service others would always like to see, and feel appreciated and happy to be there. This associate is very dedicated to her job working above and beyond in any section of the store. Her communication and work ethics always shows how she manages her time, completing any task with precision and haste. She is truly an amazing associate even to find time putting a smile on my two sons faces keeping them occupied while I do business with company. That was the kicker, that grabbed my attention, that opened my eyes, and this kind of business, thats the kind of family, which I will keep on coming back for a long time. Every pawn shop always like to develop happiness, trust and loyalty with their customers. Well I have to say this one has mine; and for that special associate she will always have mine, more now and forever more.

I have been buying/selling items at this pawn shop for nearly a decade now and have obviously been very happy with them since I always return there instead of checking out their competitors. My loyalty to them is now wavering due to my most recent stop in there, in which I really felt like I was taken advantage of. For any pawn shop a person normally gets around 30% of what an item is worth, which is understandable since they have overhead and are taking all the risk, but upon my most recent visit, I believe they only gave me around 10% of what my items were worth (not enough!). They gave me some b.s. excuses that I'm not going to get in to, but I just wanted to let you/them know that their lowball offers really hurt, being that I WAS such a loyal customer. Honestly, I felt like the entire vibe of America's Super Pawn had changed, and a company that I used to feel like somewhat cared about their customer transactions, seemed more mechanical, and seemed more like they didn't care that they had insulted me with their offers... and they were insulting! I went ahead and accepted their money, only because I didn't want to return with the items, due to their large size, and the fact that I would probably never return to this establishment, due to their less than friendly customer service. I have noticed new pawn shops opening in Bradenton and it's time to give someone else a chance. Good luck!

I ordered an apple watch band off amazon that was way too big. It came with the tool to resize it but the tool broke and I couldn't get the watch band back together. My bf reminded me that America's Super Pawn is great with jewelry and very helpful- he purchased a ring a few years back from them and they were so kind and great about cleaning it and resizing it after I tried it on. Anyway, I stopped by there last week to see if they knew where I could get my watch band fixed and one of their employees, (I wish I could remember her name), took the links off, resized it for me, and put it back together- for free! I'm sure they were plenty busy and the fact that she willingly took the time out of her day to do this for me is above and beyond exceptional customer service. While I waited, multiple customers walked in and all the employees greeted them with a smile and kind words. Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful! If you ever need something from a pawn shop, I definitely recommend America's Super Pawn!

I have been a customer for several years, and I was there yesterday when Ms. Wilson was standing next to me with a box of junk. She has no right to make a statement that isn't true. The person that waited on her was very professional when she was helping her and also explained why they couldn't take "that box of junk" (my perception). The entire staff, as well as the owner are AWESOME, I have never had an issue with any of them. I feel that they are part of my family. The always make me feel important. I will always be a customer. You guys are the best.

I currently have been to all three locations starting back in Jan 2017. Out of all three, the one located off 14st is by far the best I have seen to include, customer service, size, cleanliness, and their selection of products. Everyone who works there is very outgoing, pleasant, and kind. Out of the associates working there though , there is a representative by the name of Jose which has helped me from the beginning with items to either sell or pawn. His overall information based knowledge, superseded my expectations by not only knowing almost each and every product, but by the honesty and truthfulness which gained trust and loyalty for the customers, the Company, and myself. Jose truly is a team player, readily to assist a helping hand and keep customers always smiling with a positive attitude. His motivation to strive for excellent service will always keep customers and definitely myself coming back to this store. His time and dedication towards helping me over the past six months is much appreciated and I just wanted to say, THANK YOU Jose!!!!! Stop by and see it for yourself.....you will not be disappointed.
