After getting the runaround from multiple different people on offer up saying that they were going to show up and not showing up Emme from La Familia pawn got a hold of me on OfferUp and offered exactly what I was asking for everything I was selling. I had Great experience! Roberto, Sandi, and Emme were a pleasure to work with. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and I appreciate them giving me a fair loan for my tools. Store is very clean and organized. They have an excellent selection of laptops and have the best prices that I have seen. I know where im going for another loan or laptop. Thanks again for your service. Highly recommended.

This is by far the best Pawn Shop I’ve been too ! They make you feel like family the moment you walk in ! The customer service is amazing as well! I’ve been there only 4 times now and Emme was always willing to help no matter what! The manager is always there if you need anything that the employees can’t do ! Definitely coming back!!!

Maybe overshadowed by Buccaneer pawn that’s adjacent, but thank the Pawn Gods for Blessing us with La Familia…. Clean store..Neat merchandise on the shelves displayed like a retail store .. However first time there within 5 five minutes, I myself thought well this was a waste of a trip and now forced to deal with the pirates and their low balling prices… And that’s because when you have 2 stern individuals that don’t see eye to eye about a situation…well..words get loud and said fast and maybe even a subtle subliminal threat and all the colors of the rainbow name calling in Spanish & Upstate NY English.. and what looked like a disaster & might get messier actually ended into a mutual respect and business relationship that I appreciate and recommend to any one first time pawning or a the best place in Beadenton for a loan or to sell… and you text a image of your item beforehand to get a quote so no unnecessary trips and to compare … Shout out to My guy and store manager Roberto & staff for their customer service, not trying to undervalue every item and keeping the shop in tip top shape ….and you don’t have to pawn or sell anything to experience La Familia … they have a real nice inventory New & preloved of assortment of items …I bet you don’t leave with out purchasing … 5 Star one of Bradentons better Businesses.👍👍

Wonderful phone etiquette, and very helpful. When I went into the store Will gave me a great deal and had me in and out in 5mins. I doubt I'll ever go anywhere else. Also very convenient that they are open an hour later than all the other pawn shops.

This place is great! I sold them an Xbox 360 for $50. I got a great price especially considering most pawns won’t take them. 2 weeks ago I came in and bought a stack of video games and they gave me 15% off. Today I bought 2 old Olympus film cameras from them. The prices were $100 and $80. They sold them both to me for $60 since they were sitting on them for a long time. Together they’re worth $200-300. So I’m very happy with this store!!!

My experience was fast and easy. Customer service was EXCELLENT. The employees were very friendly and the store was very neat and clean. If I could give a thousand stars I would. I was very satisfied with the service😊 you won’t be disappointed.
