Value Pawn & Jewelry 14th St, Bradenton

I’ve been going here for several years. They always give me top dollar on gold and they even offer me more money than I ask for. I usually keep the loan where I feel comfortable to pay it back quickly and they don’t try to press me to take the additional money, which is nice. And, honestly, it’s extremely generous and honest of them to offer me the additional cash. Many other pawn stores would never offer you additional money. They are always so easy to work with, professional and they get me the cash I need, when I need it. If you take the time to build good credit with them, you really will get the most money for your items vs what other pawn stores in the area will offer you. I’m sure I will use them again in the future. I certainly feel confident recommending others to go here too. 5 stars across the board from me!!

i recently purchased a combo tool set using the lay away program. After making my final payment, I realized that one of the tools was missing, a part used to change the blade. No attempt was made to make this right, i then asked if it was possible to trade one of the tools for a similar tool selling for the exact same price. I was told no.... The best I could do was sell the one I just purchased and then buy the same tool for 30 or 40 dollars...... I don't think anyone I know will be spending their money with you in the future.

I went to vault pawn for A loan on a item. I had to sell the experience was quick and easy and the customer service was excelent! I would recommend this place.

Everyone who works here is awesome and very helpful. They're always trying to make sure you're your smiling and that your visit is a good one. They're prices for items are great and affordable! Also, my family and I entered the raffle they had for Christmas and won!! Such a blessing this Christmas! this value pawn is awesome. I went there this morning and Janet help me out and Lilly her manager told me they would be with me shortly. They are awesome people. Go see them when you need extra cash to sell or pawn any item that is in good condition and works too.

I normally go to a different pawn shop but I decided to go to a different and found Value pawn & I check out the reviews & decided to go up there & check it out. I pawn my phone & when I walk in they welcomed me in & was very nice. They gave me a good price when I pawn my phone & they always stick to there word. I love Coming here!!!!!

Been a customer here for years, everyone I typically interact with (Lily, Will, Chuck, Kevin, Janet) is so friendly & helpful, they do there best to get you what you need & do it with a smile. Eric on the other hand is unfriendly, DEFINITELY NOT A PEOPLE PERSON, unwilling help his customers in anyway, thinks he's smarter, seems to always have an attitude or makes you feel like he's annoyed. I think he is rude especially to women, he is the only one who comes across this way. Other than that, my experience has been pleasant with everyone else and I'm a happy customer.

Really have never gone in or sold anything at a pawn shop before today. I went to 2 other pawn shops before Value Pawn and Jewelry. The 2 other pawn shops offers were ridiculously low it was insane for my pretty nice engagement ring. Value Pawn and Jewelry gave me the best offer and I was very happy with the offer. The gentleman also wished me a happy birthday because my birthday is in a week. Very nice of him to do that. Was there for like 10-15 minutes and left with money in my pocket. Thank you.🙂🤗

The staff at this store is awesome! They are really really fair and always help me when possible! All of the staff are excellent and have great customer service skills! This is my go to spot when I need some quick cash! They never fail me!

My wife and I have used Value pawn in both good and bad time. Every time we have had nothing, but the best costumer service. Have and will always recommend to all my friends and family. The store has new stock all the time, and my wife loves the jewelry department. The costumer service representatives have always been respectful and courteous each time.

Of all the pawn shops that I've used this one is by far the most friendliest. I love how all the associates get to know you by name and it just makes me feel right at home. I love the wide variety of stuff too. Something for everyone, and they usually cut a deal with you just to move some of the product. Were customers for life... Merry Christmas

I had multiple bad experiences with this place. Starts being gawked at when I walk in, then out of 5 visits loudly proclaiming Good Morning or afternoon etc. More blank staring. Any attempt at small talk resulted in awkward staring and very little conversation.They offered me the lowest prices on my items out of any of the pawn shops in Bradenton and I've been to several. I'm a pretty tolerant guy but I walk out of that place shuddering at the uncomfortable experience
